Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

1. **Trash:** Toss all your trash into the cans, or next to them if they’re overflowing.
4. **Remotes:** Place the remotes back by their TVs. 5. **Tidy Up:** Give the place a quick once-over. If you moved any furniture, please put it back in its spot! 6. **Departure Time:** be out by 10
Linens:** Strip the beds you used (just sheets and pillowcases; the comforter can stay) and drop all linens and towels by the washing machine. **Dishwasher:** Fill and start the dishwasher

Golfing buddies

Came to Hilton Head for 4 days of golf. Location was great for our group. Home was well stick with all the necessities and the hot tub was perfect after golfing.

Had everything we needed and more!

Hot tub and fire pit were the best. Nice grill to grill out too. Plenty of chairs and dogs loved the enclosed backyard. So much space it fit our group perfectly.

We had a great stay and the host Victor was very attentive. He also had a golf cart we could rent that was an added bonus in getting around. The place was comfortable and very convenient.

Perfect place for the family!

This house was perfect for us. We had 8 of us in town for a wedding and fit comfortably and enjoyed it all. The house is in a great location, close to beach access, close to stores and restaurants. I HIGHLY recommend paying the little extra money to “rent” the golf cart from Victor, it’ll make your experience on the island much better. Victor was a great host that was on top of communication at all hours. Will most definitely be back in the future, thanks Victor!

Anniversary escape

Great location with a nice hot tub. The property manager was very responsive and kind. The fenced in yard was ideal for our dogs. Only a short five-minute walk to the beach or local shops. Bikes were available and convenient. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The house could use some updates, but overall worked well for what we were looking for. We’d love to visit again, possibly in the summer, although Coligny Square was nicely decorated for the holidays!

Great Vacation Home

We really enjoyed our stay at 3 Park Road. The home was super clean and spacious. A lot of room for guests to enjoy time together. The hot tub was clean and perfect for a relaxing night. Much detail is given to ensure you have a comfortable stay. The beach and Coligny Plaza are just minutes away. Thank you Victor for being a great host.

Great location and great house for larger groups

The property had a great location to the beach (walking distance) as well as easy to get to various restaurants and golf courses. The house inside was big, had a spacious kitchen and they redid the bunk house (it's not 3 beds, but a large queen and twin bed) with a full bath, which was really nice. I'd stay there again no doubt.

Excellent location

The best thing about this property was the location-it is in a great neighborhood with an easy walk to the beach and to Coligny Plaza with restaurants, shops, and grocery store. It is also easy to drive to Sea Pines, Shelter Cove, and other great areas of Hilton Head. For biking it is in a great location as well. As for the property, it is advertised accurately. The house is older and could use some updates. I think the yard/outside could be spruced up a bit and that would go a long way to improving the overall impression. I saw another review that indicated that the kitchen was not well stocked-we did not experience that. The kitchen had lots of pots/pans/utensils/spices/etc. The washer/dryer is in the kitchen and detergent and dryer sheets were provided. The grill was convenient and functional. It was nice to be able to bring our dog-that is one of the reasons we chose this property and there was even a dog bed and dog bowls for food and water. It was too hot for us to use the hot tub, but that is a nice option for cooler weather. As a host, Victor was very responsive and checked in on us frequently, which was nice.

Lovely place, the separate cottage had a bad odor

Was a lovely place to stay, it is obvious that this is a pet friendly place, The cottage had an odor bad enough that we could not sleep in there so we had to sleep on the sofa’s in the house

False advertising

This house needs major renovating. The curtains are literally folded paper taped in the jam held up by clothes pins. The shower faucet is not connected to the wall. The “bunkhouse” is a disgusting mildewed shed full of roaches and large insects with stingers. It’s not fit for sleeping. There were short black hairs all in the fridge. Just really gross and disappointing. Way overpriced for what we got. Also the message for say if departure says “leave as early as possible.” Really? Because that’s what you want to do the last day of vacation. Rude.

Great house and location!

My family of three and our dog stayed at this house for a week and were extremely happy with the house and the location. It is just a few minutes walk into the main plaza for dining and a few minutes walk to the beach. The property manager was great at getting back to us with any questions that we had. We liked the layout of the house as the kitchen and living room were open to each other. The bedrooms were perfect for us. The hot tub was a great way to end the day after many walks on the beach.

I bought the home and rented for a few years before moving in. 3 years ago I upgraded everything and put on VRBO for vacationers to enjoy.

I am available to guests but not intrusive

3 Park "The Beach House" is a tranquil and serene setting in North Forest Beach a beach side community known for forested streets and a short walk to Coligny Plaza (dining, entertainment, bars...) this is simply the coolest “hood” on the island.
