THE UNIT

This 700sf 1BR/1BA Gulf View Suite features:
- 1 King bed in the bedroom;
- Living room with sofa-bed;
- Balcony with beautiful angled view of the Gulf of Mexico;
- Kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave and dishwasher;
- Optional housekeeping service: $35/day (full) or $15/day (trash and towels);
- Housekeeping service would only be available for guests with reservations of 5 days and up;
- All linens, towels, bathroom essentials, kitchen utensils, plates, cookware, glasses are provided. You don’t need to bring a thing!

THE PROPERTY

Enjoy access to all the property amenities including:
- 24/7 Front desk and security;
- Beachfront pool and spa is open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM;
- Laundry facility (coin-operated);
- Fitness Center;
- On-site restaurant and tiki bar;
- Bar & grill opens up at 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM;
- Free on-site parking for 1 car/unit.

NOTE: Some of the amenities may not function as advertised. At this time and until further notice:
- The property has an ongoing renovation from 8AM-5PM due to Hurricane Ian. All amenities and pool are working as usual.
- There is no available room service.
- Cabanas Beach Bar and Grill is open on the 2nd floor and available from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., Wednesday to Sunday, and 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday.
- The Cōste Island Cuisine is closed at this time and scheduled to reopen late Fall 2024.
- Kitchen renovations continue with no guest disruption and should be complete in the coming months.
- Watersports, beach chairs and umbrellas, as well as bicycles are all available to rent at the Resort. Beach chairs, umbrellas and bicycles do require a rental fee.

Wir haben 2 Tage vor Anreise mitgeteilt, dass mein Mann im Notfall von Naples ist und wir erst am Tag darauf wissen, ob wir kommen können. Keine Reaktion! Am folgenden Tag haben wir mitgeteilt, dass es evtl. für einen Tag klappen wird. Keine Resktion. Nun konnte er heute austreten und wir waren nie in der Wohnung. Nun soll ich sie noch bewerten?! Wie sieht es denn aus mit der Endreinigung und Taxen? Vielleicht auch keine Antwort.

Spring Break

We loved it. The property was clean, the staff was very nice. It is in the beach, just step out of your room and your toes are in the sand. Everything is in the walking distance. We are definitely coming back again.
