Regarding cleanliness and supplies, this is not the standard we aim to provide. Kyle, we regret that you had issues when renting our property. The house at the time was rented as a 3-bedroom not including the basement. With regards to the water, our system works perfectly. This was the first we had heard of the issue and as mentioned the city was doing work, unbeknownst to us, and impacted the water system. We can't change your experience but hope that in the future you will let us consider creating a new one for you and your family.
