Guests must travel by car to reach this condo.
The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages four years and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Our favorite Sea Colony rental so far!

This is our 3rd summer staying at Sea Colony with young kids (4 and 6). This house was perfect. So close to a team stop and a pool. The decorations and quality of the furniture/appliances made it feel like the perfect beach escape. It is bright, open, and clean. Unlike some rentals, nothing here was broken or "janky". It is obviously well cared for, and was a perfectly comfortable place for our family or four! The location is quiet and peaceful - everything I love about Sea Colony!

Sea Colony is great, unit sufficient

Sea Colony is great. The tram to the beach and the facilities are wonderful. The unit itself was sufficient but not great. Lights were burnt out, lamps broken and it wasn’t particularly clean. The beds weren’t very comfy. All in all, a great location but the unit could use a little sprucing up.

not clean and not well cared for

We like Sea Colony bit the place was dirty. as an example when the bathroom fans were turned on dust and dirt poured out. bedspreads were stained and many kitchen items were dirty and broken. Also the original listing showed a grill and there was none.

Weekend to Remember

My wife and I enjoyed our 6 year wedding anniversary with our 2 year old daughter. It was great having the pool so close and nearby as well as the tram stop to make it easy and enjoyable for a trip to the beach and back. We enjoyed our stay and hope you will as well.
