Notes: Luxury vinyl flooring throughout - no carpet.

Great condo with a view

We loved this condo! It was just us and our toddler, so it felt like a good size for us! The view was great and cracking the door open to listen to the ocean was so relaxing!! The space was clean and our bed was comfortable. The pools were great and the beach was so clean and we loved the swing sets on the sand. We would love to come back!

Clean. Well stocked ocean view. Doors on washer dryer was off track, hall bath shower floor slippery. Security lock doesn't close. Water stain on ceiling of master closet by light.

Wonderful Stay!- but note for those with toddlers

We had a great stay at 609 Island House- the condo was very nice and updated, plus it was well equipped. (The only thing I wish it had was a normal coffee maker- there was only a kurig.). The condo was walking distance to shops and restaurants, had lovely views from a shady balcony! The one thing I wish I knew is that the balcony railing was, in my opinion, not safe for young ones. My 2 year old could fit through the spaces in the railings so we could not use the balcony with our kids out there. I wish we had known to bring a gate or some sort of netting to make it safer for them!

Great week!

My family of 6 had a great week! Thank you for allowing us to rent your home for the week. Having 4 twin beds for each of my children to have their own bed was fantastic, while my wife and I were able to have the master worked out perfectly. Loved waking up and being able to look out at the ocean (and pool!) while sitting on the patio having our cup of coffee before heading down to the beach... Only steps away!!!! The beach was beautiful and it was wonderful to have the pool to take a dip after the ocean. Bethany Beach is a great beach town with a really nice downtown with a small boardwalk. The facilities at Sea Colony are TOP notch. My two sons and I enjoyed using the gym facilities most mornings. We did not utilize the amazing tennis and pickleball facilities, but if you are intereseted in those amenities, they seemed really incredible. One thing of note is that there is an additional, required fee per occupant for use of the facilities/beach/pool on top of the up-front rental cost. Great experience and HIGHLY recommend staying here!

This condo has a great ocean view and a locker on the lowest level to store your ocean belongings. Kitchen was well stocked. Furniture was ok but it’s time to replace the couch. One bedroom door was a cheap sliding door so no privacy for those in that room. The condo could have been cleaned better; dust bunnies under every piece of furniture. There were not enough towels for six people.

Nice convenient vacation

The apt. Was perfect for our family of 5! It was nicely updated and had nice furniture as well. We loved having the balcony to sit on with our coffee and wine every day. It’s so convenient to everything!
