Relaxed vibes from Mediterranean Sea view and sounds.

We loved this place and chilled out the moment that we entered the terras. Perfectly renovated house! Nice snorkelling also from the little bay in front of the house.

As previous reviewers have stated, the view is amazing, however the villa and outside space did not live up to our expectations. The inside of the villa appears to be brand new and was very clean and well finished… but there is no wardrobe space in the villa at all, which is an issue, the beds in the two main bedrooms are very uncomfortable.. and although there are two small beds upstairs, the low ceiling makes the room unsuitable for adults. The wi-fi signal is very poor, the tv didn’t work despite getting instructions which did not help at all. The outside patio is old and in need of repair, there is a low fence which is pretty useless and the steps down to the small beach are very uneven and would be unsafe for young children. the outside space really needs upgrading then the villa would be much improved. The villa is definitely work in progress and as a result it is quite expensive for what you get. The keys were left in a key safe however as the site is gated we were lucky that someone had just opened the gates when we arrived, otherwise we wouldn’t have been able to get in. The keys included a fob to open the electric gates, so during our stay,access was ok, but on leaving, as we had to put the keys back in the safe we had to hope that the gates would be open to allow us to get out of the estate! This issue was not communicated to us on arrival! The area is lovely, Santa Lucia is a short drive away and has restaurants supermarket, and everything you need for your stay.

My wife and I are naturally very disappointed that you were not satisfied with the villa, especially since the opinions have always been unanimous on the quality of the property and the benefits provided… even though the villa had not yet been renovated. The ABRITEL site’s welcome guide specifies how to access the Santa Lucia Park. The procedure is simple: just call me on the digicode for me to open the portal at the beginning and end of your stay. The “third room with a low ceiling” to which you refer is a room dedicated to children. Being only 2 adults you did not normally have to use it. For the rest, if we meet in the future other holidaymakers coming to make identical remarks, we will consider if necessary to undertake new work.

Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve dans cette magnifique maison au bord de la mer. Le site est tout simplement exceptionnel, avec une vue imprenable et un accès direct à la mer qui rend le séjour encore plus magique. L’accueil de Charles a été des plus chaleureux, attentif et bienveillant, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. Tout est réuni ici pour profiter pleinement de ce petit paradis.

Modern eingerichtetes Haus in einer gated area. Deshalb ist der erste Zugang etwas kompliziert. Die Lage des Hauses ist genial. Eigener Strandzugang, geniale Aussicht. Oberes "Bad" nur von sehr kleinen Menschen benutzbar. Sehr guter Bäcker in der Nähe. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter.

Die Lage und die Umgebung sind perfekt. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Alles vorhanden, was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief gut. In der Anzeige sollte darauf hingewiesen werden, das das 2. Badezimmer eine sehr niedrige Deckenhöhe hat und die Treppe nach oben etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist, für ältere Menschen schwer zu gehen.

Perfekter Sommer im Oktober

Wir haben 2 Wochen Anfang Oktober in diesem gemütlichen Haus mit großer Sonnenterrasse sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt am Hang einer wunderschönen ruhigen Bucht mit tollem Wasser und Kiesstrand. Diese ist direkt über das Grundstück und eine etwas steile Treppe zugänglich. Die Lage in einer privaten Anlage lässt den Trubel der Côte d‘Azur weit weg erscheinen, aber alle Geschäfte und das Zentrum von St. Raphael sind ganz nah. Viele Restaurants im Hafen Santa Lucia sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der freie Blick auf die Bucht, das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang sind traumhaft.

Semaine de rêve, villa très bien située, accès direct sur la plage de galets, à proximité du Port de Santa Lucia. Une vue sur la mer à couper le souffle ! Villa rénovée avec beaucoup de goût et bien équipée. Situation calme dans un quartier tranquille. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et la disponibilité ainsi que la gentillesse de notre hôte.

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine chez Charles. La maison était bien équipée, bien décorée et très propre. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le gentil geste du propriétaire qui nous a préparé des choses essentielles comme de l'eau, du café, et même une bouteille de rose. Il ne manquait rien dans la maison et cette vue à couper le souffle!! Encore merci de nous avoir permis de profiter de ce lieu d’exception.

Cadre idyllique

Magnifique villa tournée vers la mer et la petite crique en contrebas. Tout est réuni pour profiter des joies de la mer: la terrasse offre une vue imprenable sur les roches de porphyre et les flots. L’accès rapide permet de se baigner, d’observer les poissons, de faire du paddle ou du kayak (douche extérieure appréciable) ou de se lancer dans le sentier magnifique des douaniers. La maison est très bien aménagée avec un salon (merci pour les jeux et les livres dans la chambre cabane) et une cuisine très agréable tournés vers la terrasse et la mer. Les chambres sont confortables et les salle d’eau fonctionnelles. L’accueil est très bien organisé et la communication est très fluide avec le propriétaire. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour et envisageons déjà de revenir car cette semaine fut trop courte! 😁😎 PS: prendre les bateaux de St Raphaël pour Saint Tropez est une excellente option pour y passer une petite journée!

Très bon séjour à Saint Raphaël, la maison est idéalement située sur la calanque de Santa Lucia au calme mais à quelques minutes à pieds des commerces et restaurants. Charles le propriétaire est disponible et arrangeant, la communication très simple !

Vacances paradisiaques

Un emplacement incroyable pour cette location qui domine la mer avec accès privatif à la plage. La beauté du paysage à toutes heures de la journée... Le calme d'une résidence privée.... La météo parfaite.. La grande terrasse.. La crique qui ressemble à un aquarium tellement les poissons y sont nombreux et près du bord.. Tout était parfait pour passer des vacances inoubliables.

Lage top, Haus mit Mängeln

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Aussicht aufs Meer ist wunderschön, privater Zugang zu einer kleinen Bucht mit Kieselstrand, schönes Quartier, ruhig, Privatstrasse nur für Anlieger. Parkmöglichkeit für nur 1 Auto. Das Haus selbst hat Charme, müsste aber renoviert werden. Die Einrichtung (Möbel, Küche, Bäder) ist alt und umfasst das Notwendige, aber nicht mehr. Die 2 Bäder sind sehr klein. Leider war es bei unserer Ankunft auch nicht sehr sauber geputzt. Wenn einem die Lage wichtiger ist als die Ausstattung, verlebt man hier einen angenehmen Urlaub.

Pour ce qui concerne l’état du ménage, nous n’avions jusqu’à présent rencontré aucun souci. Néanmoins, nous investiguerons ce point avec la femme de ménage. Pour ce qui concerne l’état du logement, il est conforme aux photos présentes sur le site. Un rafraichissement général est dans tous les cas planifié comme chaque hiver.

Das beste sind die Sonnenuntergänge

Es ist ein Traum-Ferienhaus, wenn die Lage und Aussicht das wichtigste Kriterium sind. Die Betten sind bequem, die beiden Bäder funktional, die Terrasse traumhaft. Im Haus selbst könnte man einige Dinge verbessern (es fehlen Topfdeckel, ein Stuhl war kaputt, das Sofa ist durchgesessen, der Duschvorhang schliesst nicht ab, es läuft Wasser ins Bad), aber das ist in Ferien nicht so wichtig. Dass von jedem Raum Treppenstufen in den anderen Raum führen (die Bäder und die Küche liegen jeweils 2-3 Stufen höher als das Wohnzimmer, das eine Schlafzimmer noch 2 Stufen tiefer), sollte in der Objekt-Beschreibung ergänzt werden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war nach Anlaufschwierigkeiten gut, warum uns die Agentur allerdings seine Telefonnummer erst auf Nachfrage mitgeteilt hat, ist unklar. Alles in allem haben wir einen schönen Urlaub verbracht.
