Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und liegt direkt an der schönen Lagune. Allgemein ist es angenehm ruhig, obwohl vor der Veranda viele Gäste der Residenz vorbeilaufen. Zum sehr breiten Sandstrand läuft man etwa zehn Minuten. Sehr vorteilhaft auch der vorhandene Pool in der Residenz.

Süße Wohnung direkt am Etang

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung im Internet. Sie ist für 4 Personen gerade ausreichend groß, da man sich sowieso meist draußen aufhält. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht. Wir saßen gerne abends beim Spielen auf dem Balkon, den man praktischerweise mit Glasschiebetüren in eine Art Wintergarten verwandeln kann und somit dem Wind individuell anpassen kann. Vom Balkon hat man einen schönen Blick auf den Etang und auf der anderen Seite eine kleine Kirmes, einen Bäcker/Café/Eisdiele und weitere Ferienunterkünfte. Abends war es meist -bis auf den Wind- ruhig in der Umgebung. Der Kontakt zu Familie Estingoy war immer freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir können sowohl die Unterkunft als auch Les Ayguades empfehlen.

Paisible séjour près de l'étang de Mateille

Appartement de vacances fonctionnel, calme et agréable à deux pas de l'étang sauvage de Mateille et quelques minutes d'une magnifique plage. Bien situé entre Gruissan et Narbonne-Plage.

Die Wohnung ist schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr gut. Dank Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine super. Die Aussicht vom schönen, gedeckten Balkon auf den Etang ist herrlich. Die Nähe zum Strand und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten machen die Ferien perfekt. Einziger Nachteil: Für die Fahrräder gibt es keine Einstellmöglichkeit. Unsere wurden vom Veloständer hinter dem Haus gestohlen (trotz doppelter Sicherung). Deshalb als Tipp: Velo die Aussentreppe hochschleppen und in die Wohnung stellen ;)
