If there is a house that can describe a feeling of familiarity, comfort, security, and warmth; it's this ole' Lake House - Sunset Haven!

Get ready to take in some of the best, long-range views Lake Norman has to offer! Perfectly manicured lawn outdoors, but when you step inside… get ready to take a trip down memory lane. It's more than just a place to stay, it's a home that sparks a sense of nostalgia when visiting. A home filled with traditional wood furniture and floral prints. There are more sweet mementos throughout, like the lace trim drapes that hang above all the windows, or the picnic tables on the deck so everyone can sit together! This ole' lake house will take you back to a much simpler time.

Inside the home, we have 3 bedrooms (King, Queen, 2 Twins/Bunk & Double/Full bed), 2.5 bathrooms. A nice sized kitchen and family room complimented by a lakeside sunroom is just a fantastic place to grab a cup of coffee in the morning and take in those amazing lake views!

On the exterior, you'll find a large, flat lawn that brings you out to the private dock with a great covered seating area - where we suspect you'll spend most of your time during our warm spring, summer, and fall season!

Graduation Getaway

We reserved this wonderful home for Davidson graduation weekend to escape the busy hotels and restaurants. It was perfect! Relaxing on the spacious deck was worth it all. House was squeaky clean, beds comfortable, super nice neighborhood. Not a single complaint! Though we no longer need to visit the area for school visits, we may just come back for our own little vacation. Highly recommend.

Fabulous place

Gorgeous home in a great location! Had more than enough supplies, was very clean, exit preparations were simple and quick. Plenty of space to be outside or inside. saw some great sunrises and sunsets. Everyone was comfortable, plenty comfy beds and bathrooms!

Good experience

Overall very good experience. Two slight snags. Keypad code did not work upon arrival. Also, house has a musty smell… needs to be aired out. The view and location were superb. The house was more than a pleasant surprise overall.
