Lovely stay

Corinne and Eric are very nice en hospitable owners, who are very helpful. We enjoyed our freedom with the lovely garden and swimmingpool, beautiful environment and a very short distance from te center of Perigueux. Fantastic location to explore the area and to relax at your studio.

Comfort, peace and quiet

We very much enjoyed our stay at Champcevinel. The flat is very comfortable and we had everything we needed, including sheets and towels. The pool is kept very clean and we really enjoyed swimming when the weather permitted. It’s a good location for touring. You can drive into the centre of Perigueux in about 10 minutes. We took the train one day from Perigueux to Limoges which was very easy. The peace and quiet at the flat was great. It is beautifully decorated and there are lovely little touches that make it very nice. The owners were very friendly and helpful and I’m sure they will make a great success in renting their gîte. Nous avons passé un super séjour avec mon conjoint chez Corinne et Éric. Ce sont des hôtes très accueillants. On se sent comme chez soi! La piscine, très peu utilisée par les propriétaires, est un énorme ! Très bon rapport qualité prix! La literie est excellente et la propreté irréprochable. Merci !

C’est l’hôpital qui se fout de la charité : vous partez en laissant près de 1000€ de dégâts + un état de saleté innommable dans la location et vous avez le culot de mentir avec ce commentaire (tous sites confondus j’ai tjs obtenu 5*)Je ne m’abaisserais pas à énumérer les problèmes , juste pour finir: vacancier non recommandable à éviter.

Excellent séjour

Excellent séjour. Le studio est très bien agencé, meublé avec goût, très soigné et très bien équipé. La literie est excellente avec un grand lit ce qui est très appréciable. N'ayez pas peur si il n'y a pas de clim, même si il fait très chaud 39° quand nous sommes arrivés, il fait bon dans le studio car il est très abrité. L'environnement est soigné. La piscine est très agréable et sans contrainte d'horaires. Il y a de nombreuses visites à faire autour et des randonnées en pleine nature. Je recommande vivement.

Location parfaite pour combiner farniente et visite du Périgord. Le studio se trouve dans une belle propriété pourvue d'une piscine. De plus les hôtes sont charmants.

bel endroit calme, juste à l'extérieur de Périguex. oui, vous pouvez facilement vous rendre dans tous les endroits spéciaux et rentrer à la maison à merveille, plonger dans la piscine, puis prendre un repas détendu dans les nombreux restaurants proposant une cuisine délicieuse. tout y est et les gîtes sont très propres. nous nous sommes régalés, merci à Corinne & Eric

Studio au calme tout près de Périgueux

Nous avons été très bien accueillis dans ce charmant studio. Les propriétaires sont agréables et arrangeants. C'est très appréciable d'être dans un endroit si paisible tout près de la ville et des superbes lieux touristiques de la région. Je recommande !
