Great house for a family &friends vacation next to a wonderful beach

House/pool We loved the modern and clean house that offers enough space for a group of persons. The kitchen, barbecue and bathrooms are well equipped and everything is new, clean and works perfectly. The only thing that we missed is a parasol /umbrella outside next to the pool. We didn’t like the artificial turf because it gets very hot and is not comfortable to walk on. However, the pool is clean and the kids loved it ! In the evening it would have been nice to be able to switch in the pool light, but there is no light switch available for guests. For a group of 8 persons the fridge could be a bit more spacious. Beach/ocean The beach can be reached within 10 minutes and is great (especially for kids!). The water is clean as well as the beach and the kids can play perfectly in the water that is not deep for about 5-7 meters from the beach.

Overall- great spot. It's clean & bright. The pool is salt water rather than chlorine, which was a really nice perk. Lots of space for a big family. Included parking spot was great. The owner of the home as well as the home manger only speak French so both parties relied on a translation app. This property seems as though it's a newer rental & wasn't quite 100% ready. There were many light fixtures that only had a light bulb in it rather than a chandelier or sconce. The kitchen was also missing some essentials such as sheet trays, measuring cups & mixing bowls. It would have been really nice to know that the rental is on well water before washing our clothes in the washer. We had a few items ruined by the well water. Drying rack was large & helpful, but more hangers to dry clothes would be appreciated.While the location is a 6 minute walk from the beach. The more popular beach, bars & resteraunts are a 10 minute drive away. We were very happy to be staying at this location in June rather than July or August. The main AC does not go below 24. We were told that each room had it's own thermostat, but the rooms wouldn't go below 25. The 2nd floor was significantly warmer than the 1st with daily temps around 29. I can only imagine how warm the 2nd floor gets when outside temps are higher. If you rent here, be sure to stop by the store for toilet paper & paper towels before you check in. We were give two 1/2 rolls of TP for 4 people & no hand towels.

Hello, Sorry if your laundry was damaged, but you must be mistaken: there has never been well water at Villa Lucia. All the water in the villa comes from the mains (city) water supply. Perhaps you’re referring to a different rental. Could you please correct the item? Thank you. Also, a blender is available (see the photos). Regards G&G

Séjour en famille

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cette maison récente à 6 personnes (2 adultes et 4 ados). A l'écart donc au calme et pourtant proche de la mer (5 minutes à pied environ), nous avons grandement apprécié ce séjour. La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée. La piscine est suffisamment grande et bien entretenue. La climatisation est un atout indéniable par cette chaleur. A proximité tous ce qu'il faut pour ne pas utiliser la voiture. Un point négatif... les moustiques :-(, il faut penser à se protéger toute la journée. Un grand merci à Emilie pour son accueil agréable et efficace.

Logement très bien situé ! Spacieux, confortable, bien équipé pour les bébés, mais à peine juste au niveau de la vaisselle, et aucun condiment (alors que l’annonce le précise) La propreté est limite.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren als 4-köpfige Familie 12 Tage im Juni in dem sehr schönen und sehr sauberen Haus. Das Haus ist exakt wir in dem Inserat beschrieben und wie die Bilder es auch zeigen. Der Pool ist hervorragend für die Kinder zum schwimmen und durch die Abdeckung wird auch vermieden, dass nachts Insekten oder Blätter im Pool landen. Durch die Steine und den Kunstrasen wird vermieden, dass man allzu viel Schmutz ins Haus trägt. Im Haus gab es für unseren Kleinsten (20 Monate alt) einen Hochstuhl. Durch die Terrasse und den Tisch draußen, konnten wir zudem immer draußen essen, was durch die direkt angrenzende kleine Naturschutzzone sehr idyllisch war. Das Haus liegt in einem Neubaugebiet mit neuen Straßen und Wegen. Zum Strand sind es ca. 500m, an dem es auch 2 Cabanas für den Kaffee oder Eis gibt. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen sind die zahlreichen Hundebesitzer bzw. die Hinterlassenschaften ihrer Hunde, die leider niemand aufnimmt und die Wege damit so stark gepflastert sind, dass wir unseren Kleinen hier nicht allein laufen lassen wollten. Dafür kann natürlich das Haus bzw. deren Besitzer nichts. Insgesamt hatten wir aber einen herrlich entspannten und schönen Urlaub.

Maison très agréable

Magnifique maison bien aménagée, moderne et spacieuse. Jolie piscine. La mer est à 10 minutes à pieds avec des enfants. Super service autant bien avec la conciergerie qu'avec le propriétaire. Réponses très rapides et efficaces. Il manque en grill, la plancha proposée est limite pour 8 personnes mais cela n'a pas gâché notre belle semaine de vacances.

La villa est très jolie et très bien équipée, les photos proposées sur l’annonce correspondent à la réalité. La localisation est parfaite, proche de la mer et à 15 min à pied de Valras-Plage, nous avons passé une très belle semaine. Nous relevons également le très bon accueil réservé par Mme Émilie de Clés d’ici conciergerie, et nous la remercions pour sa disponibilité. Nous recommandons cet endroit.

Séjour Parfait

Excellent séjour en famille dans cette très jolie maison. Très bien équipée, confortable et proche de la plage, nous n'avons manqués de rien. L'annonce et les photos sont conformes. Nous recommandons sans hésitation.
