Great vacation on Bald Head Island. When we got to the rental we noticed the bike tires were low and asked if there was a tire pump available. Within the hour, someone came out to pump up the tires.

Beautiful home and well appointed. Our little fur babies absolutely loved walking around the neighborhood exploring. Close to the beach, however we did get club passes at BHI Club because of pickleball(which was a blast with new found friends). The pool was amazing and restaurants at the club were great. The golf cart was a . We would take it out an about and explore the islands, restaurants and shopping. Highlight was watching the sunsets up by the ferry on the beach.

My wife and I loved our time here. The place was as advertised and is perfect for anyone who wants to be in a home in the middle of the woods. The home was so quiet and cozy. It was secluded but also conveniently located to everything you could want on the island. It was perfect for what we were looking for in our vacation!

Lovely place

Great short weekend away. Place was clean and had all that was needed. The golf cart was amazing and was so good to have the plastic wrap since the island was on the chilly side.

Great cottage close to the best beach on the island!

We had a great stay. House was well stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys, hair dryer in master, etc. Relaxed and updated feel that we loved! East beach is a quick walk or cart drive.

Nice stay

The house was exactly as described. It was cute, clean and in a great location. We enjoyed navigating the island from this area since it was at the far end which forced us to bike (something we enjoy to do!) and use the golf cart. East beach was close, too. A very nice 5-day stay.

A much needed Walk on Sunshine

Lovely long weekend at BHI and A Walk on Sunshine was just what we needed. Clean, well appointed cottage close to East Beach and Mike's Bites. Would definitely recommend.

Even better than the pictures!

This home was so perfect! Beautifully furnished and very clean! Loved having the six seater cart. Highly recommend a quick lunch or snack at mikes bites right up the road.
