Super convenient location near Warden/Sheppard. Walking distance to buses, supermarkets, Walmart, parks, restaurants, banks etc. 10 min ride to subway. Quick drive to Hwy 401/404/DVP, hospitals, Fairview Mall, Scarborough Town Centre etc.

Friendly and nice neighborhood. Clean and safe apartment. Entire place about 1000 square feet. Private entrance. Self check in/out. One free parking on driveway. Street parking also available.

Two bedrooms have one queen bed (1.5m*2.0m) and two single beds (1.0m*2.0m), allowing 4 people comfortably residing. Kitchen is open to the entry door, together with a dining area. Bathroom has a tub, shower, sink and toilet. The living room can be used as a study with a desk and chairs, and an entertainment area (TV, toys). Laundry has a washer, dryer and sink.

Guests can access front and back yard. The host lives at same location in a different unit, is ready to help if needed.

Why they chose this property

This is a wonderful neighborhood. It is beautiful in all seasons. The people are quite multi-cultural, but very friendly. It is close to major roads and highways, but is quiet at the same time. We have been living here for more than 12 years, and never heard any crimes or robberies etc. This neighborhood has one of the lowest insurance premiums for car insurance in Scarborough.

What makes this property unique

- This is an entire place. You do not share anything with others.
- This is a big place, about 1000 square feet.
- This is a clean and quiet place, you can rest well.
