Fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and spacious living room with queen fold out sleeper sofa. Smart TV with Roku in living room, with high speed WiFi. Screen porch attached for your morning coffee or evening wine. One car garage with 2 bicycles, 2 sets of golf clubs, and a kayak included for use. A short drive to Ocean Isle, or a bike ride or golf cart trip (available for rent nearby) from Sunset Beach. Restaurants, drug stores, groceries and boat landings nearby. Living room has foldout couch for additional guest if needed.

Great spot near the beach.

Place was well located & very nice on the inside. Comfortable, quiet & very well decorated. Had everything we needed for our beach get away. Easy to get to several beaches & all the shops. Beautiful marsh with amazing views just 1000 feet away. Great for kayaking.

This townhouse was beautiful. We enjoyed our visit. The only thing we had a problem with was the washing machine needed replaced. Other than that the home was very clean and beautifully decorated. Our representative was very prompt with messages and communication, which was pleasant.

Pup friendly, convenient location

We stayed with our dogs for a few days to celebrate my sister's birthday. She has a place on Ocean Isle that does not allow dogs. The place was well equiped enough to make a birthday dinner and cake for her. (I brought the cake pan, but there was a hand mixer there, which was a pleasant surprise!) It's close to fresh seafood stores. A large grocery store is within walking distance. An easy drive to Sunset Beach or Ocean Isle Beach. It is a short walk to the Intercoastal Waterway that allowed a beautiful view of the sunset. There was a small snafu with the door opener, but the owner responded immediately and the problem was solved. I will certainly stay here again and won't wait until my sister's next birthday!

The listing is on point. It was a great place to stay with our little doggies. The area was close to beaches and we walked around the neighborhood. It was a perfect little getaway.

Nice, well-equipped and furnished townhouse, with all amenities.

The location is not the best, but the townhouse itself was quite nice, well equipped, and a bargain for the price. Some minor repairs were scheduled (blinds). But close to Calabash, Ocean Isle restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We had our dog with us, and the area is very pet friendly. Plenty of vets around for pet care, if needed. (We spilled one med we needed for our dog's ear infection, and our vet faxed the prescription to a local vet, who refilled it. ) We found that the house came equipped with a large crate, if you needed it (we didn't) and other things, like bicycles, etc. Nice decor, linens and paper products provided. Plenty of rooms, washer, drying, coffee maker, microwave, Insta-Pot, etc.
