All guests must sign an Affordable Large Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Large Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.


All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply

Girls trip

We all had a great time . It was myself my mother and my best friend and her daughter. We loved the restaurant next door and the pool was beautiful . The condo was perfect

Quick Weekend Get Away

Very clean, quiet condo. Very close to the activity center, and House's Restaurant/Bar. Enjoyed our stay. Just an FYI, Each bedroom contains two twin beds, which is stated on the condo Rooms & Beds section. However the pictures are of a single king bed in one of them and a queen bed in the other.

Cozy and convenient

My wife and I stayed with our two young children. We were somewhat concerned that a wedding reception going on at the activity center might keep everyone awake, but even with the music booming, the Villa did well to dampen the sound. It had everything we needed for our small family, and we were grateful for the accommodation.

Our stay was nice Only draw back was Stains on a mattress pair for my previyes, save. Which one which were not revealed to us until after we pulled the sheets off the bed for the cleaning lamp

Great experience

The location was excellent, the property was clean and well kept. We would stay again and we would recommend the property to others. The only negative was the communication with the golf course.

Decent place

Very clean however there was a smell that could have been from the cleaners. After a day it wasn’t as noticeable. Very clean and a decent area.

Beautiful!

This is a great property. The owners clearly take pride in providing a home that is attractive, well maintained, and comfortable. It was just the right size for 4 of us to stay for our week’s vacation. The view overlooking the golf course was beautiful, and we really enjoyed its proximity. Having 3 courses to choose from was a real bonus. It was a short trip to get to the beach for a walk each day, and the location made it easy to get to the grocery store and shops, as well as to Myrtle Beach and Wilmington for day trips. We can’t wait to visit again!
