Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.
All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee
Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees
Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply

Tiki Bar that is attached to our outdoor pool - Seasonal. Game Room featuring - Pool Table, Ping-Pong, Shuffleboard and Dart Board. Full-Service Restaurant and Bar located inside the Activity Center (hours may vary depending on the season.) Each unit features a screened porch or balcony view of one of the three onsite Championship Golf Courses on the Resort grounds.
