About this property

Experience Northern Michigan at it's best! Amazing views from beautiful 3 level log home on the 15th tee at Cedar Valley Golf Course. Full custom kitchen, laundry facility, great room with 23' ceilings, large family room, 2 Gas fireplaces, spacious decks, and attached 3 car garage. Will be decorated for Christmas the whole month of December & part of January.

Plenty of room to spread out in this 3200 sq. ft. three level home. Large deck and patio with large firepit outside. Enjoy cooking outdoors with our new Weber Grill and a 36" Blackstone Griddle Grill - perfect for making a variety of either breakfast, lunch or dinner meals on the Griddle! Enjoy our new Hot Tub on lower patio off LL bathroom door with Bluetooth outdoor speakers. 8 Beach towels & 4 robes available for use.

Security Devices on Property - We have a Ring Doorbell on the main entry door on the porch that has video and audio recording capability. This is used for security purposes and also to allow us the ability to communicate with guests upon arrival if they have any problems entering the cabin upon check in.

Ladies Weekend Away

Went for friend time and general relaxation. Great place to spread out and also get together to have fun. Brian was very responsive and Big Bear Lodge was just an overall treat to stay at.

Second time here! Enjoyed our stay again and the property owner was great to work with. Only complaint was dirty sheets was left on one of the beds which was the cleaning service fault but not a big deal. Would definitely stay again.

We have always wanted to own a home in Northern Michigan and we were able to do so now in 2020. We love getting away from all the busyness of living in a major metropolitan area and escaping to the great Michigan north country. We are hoping to enjoy our new home in Comins Michigan for many years with our children and grand children. It is our hope that you too will be able to enjoy your stay here at our new house also.

Why they chose this property

We love being in Northern Michigan and experiencing all of God's wonderful creation there - e.g., pine and birch trees, natural forests, and beautiful nights showcasing God's amazing works. We also love log style cabins like this one, and how it's situated right off of a wonderful Cedar Valley Golf course. In addition, we liked how this home was in the country, but yet within walking distance to an amusement fun park (open during Summer only) and RV Campground. Many other activities can be done nearby also including canoeing/kayaking down the famous Ausable River, snowmobiling, RV trails, and hunting.

Large home able to accommodate large families or groups for reunions, Guys/Girls getaways, etc..

Right next to Cedar Valley Golf Course, Cedar Valley Wild Frontier Fun park, and Cedar Valley Campground.

Many activities to do in the area including canoeing/kayaking and fishing on the Ausable River, Snowmobiling and off-roading on trails, and hunting in nearby state forests.
