Peaceful & Convenient

I would definitely recommend staying at Herve's residence. The listing images and description are accurate. It was easy to communicate to Herve through the Vrbo app and WhatsApp. He had a woman named Fabienne meet us to give us the keys and show us the apartment, she was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is very spacious, the bathroom is clean with a great shower head, and the washer was very convenient. You cannot beat the location, it is right around the corner from the Metro 2 line, and multiple grocery, pharmacies, and restaurants. The view of the windows is directly over the cemetery and is very peaceful and quiet. I would definitely come back to stay!

Formidable!! Loved our stay.

We loved this clean, quiet property with a beautiful view over Pere Lachaise cemetery. Our morning coffee and croissant riual was accompanied by spotting the wide variety of wildlife ( magpies, hawks, parakeets, bats, etc.) that call P LeC home! It was the perfect location for exploring the 19th and 20th arrondissments, and the nearby metro locations meant that all of Paris is a short ride away. We travelled from the far NE ( La villette) to the S ( Porte Vanves) and all points in-between with ease. Our host, Herve, was super responsive to any and all messages and invited us to feel at home -- easy to do in this wonderful suite. On arrival and departure we were greeted warmly by Fabienne who introduced the property to us and welcomed us like dear friends. Thank you, Fabienne and Herve, for the wonderful stay! We rate the property as 10 out of 5!! 😁 We look forward to returning in the future

Lovely views and location but so many things not good , to start with , the mattress … easily the worst mattress we have ever (tried) to sleep on , totally worn out and huge dip in centre .. spent last 2 nights of stay on the sofa !!!! Clearly stated there was an oven .. no oven , washing machine broken, iron did not steam … for gods sake 15 euros for a new one ??? Smoke alarm attached to kitchen worktop ?? this is DANGEROUS , should be on ceiling , nice tv/dvd/bluray ..all totally useless as nothing there to play on them! Netflix/prime video etc needed signing in , No instructions anywhere for anything in the property

Great apartment in great location

We stayed in this apartment for a week and really enjoyed our stay. The best feature of this apartment are its huge windows directly facing Pere Lachaise. It's very quiet at night and provides lovely sunlight and fresh air in an open concept living room and kitchen. The location is also great, just a 3 minute walk from the nearest metro stop so we were able to access anywhere in the city very conveniently. Apartment itself was clean, tidy, and had everything we needed. Would recommend this place.
