Waterfront 4BR/3BA duplex in Marathon, just a 2 minute walk to Sombrero Beach! Perfect for families, this home features a private heated pool, shared dock for one 30’ boat, and a fenced yard. Enjoy modern comforts, a fully stocked kitchen, and easy access to all the Florida Keys have to offer. Comfortably accommodates large groups and families.

Step inside to a modern, comfortable retreat designed for families and groups. This home offers flexible sleeping arrangements for everyone.
* Master Bedroom: King bed with a private en-suite bathroom.
* Guest Bedroom 1: Queen bed.
* Guest Bedroom 2: Queen bed.
* Guest Bedroom 3: Full bed and a trundle
* Living Room: Includes a sleeper sofa (linens provided).
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. We provide all bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels for your convenience. For those mixing work and play, a dedicated workspace is available. The property also features a fully fenced backyard, perfect for peace of mind.
Family-friendly amenities include:
* Pack ‘n Play/travel crib
* High chair
* Baby safety gates
* Board games
* Washer/dryer
Guest Access
Guests will have private access to their entire side of the duplex, including the private backyard and pool. Enjoy seamless self check-in and start your vacation right away.
* Private Pool: Your own sparkling blue pool. Can be heated upon request (see notes for details)
* Patio: Relax on the patio with an outdoor TV.
* Shared Dock: A shared dock can accommodate up to a 30-foot boat.
* Recreation: Enjoy 2 complimentary bikes and 2 kayaks.
* Convenience: A bait freezer and gas grill are provided for your use.
* Parking: There are four parking spots available for your cars and boat trailer, including two covered spots.
Interaction With Guests
We offer a seamless self check-in process and give our guests space and privacy to enjoy their vacation. While we are not on site, the property manager Meredith is readily available by phone or message day or evening 7 days a week if you need anything at all during your stay.

* Duplex Property: This home is one side of a duplex. The dock is a shared amenity with the adjoining unit, but your pool and backyard are completely private.
* Pool Heating: The pool can be heated for a fee of $125 per week, plus taxes and applicable credit card processing fees. This fee can be prorated for longer stays. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to add this service.

* 2 minutes from grocery store, liquor store, and pharmacy.
* Just an hour away from Key West, 40 minutes from Islamorada, 20 minutes away from Bahia State Park, and less than 15 minutes to open water if traveling by boat.
Angler's Sombrero is a beautiful canal front development along Sombrero Beach Road. The street dead-ends into Sombrero Beach, a beautiful sandy oceanfront beach! There is a wide bike/walking path down the street to the beach! Centrally located, everything you want to do is very close and convenient!
We recommend bringing a car but the area does have taxis and sometimes uber
$45 Management Fee is Damage Insurance covering up to 3k in damages.
