Fully air-conditioned apartment with two bedrooms, one with two 90*190, the other a 160*2OO bed. Common area with sofa bed 120*190. Fully equipped kitchen, both in major household appliances (dishwasher, induction hob, built-in oven, microwave, fridge), and small household appliances (toaster, toasted sandwich make, food processor, multifunction grill, blender, kettle, kitchen scale), very equipped in crockery also. Very pleasant and well-equipped bathroom (Italian shower 140*90, electric towel dryer, hair dryer, etc.). Laundry room including washing machine, dryer, drawer freezer, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner, drying tower.
Housing with many fitted cupboards.
