About this property

Recently renovated family beach house, 2 Blocks to beach 1 block to downtown

4 bedroom and two baths which includes new master suite with bathroom washer and dryer. New refurbished huge deck. New living room. New dishwasher, new fridge and stove Air conditions in every room. Once you arrive everything is walkable. Check in time 3 be on the beach at 3:30!!!

Summer Vacation

Terry was a great owner and very helpful with anything we needed. The location and house was perfect. Was just a short walk to the beach and I would highly recommend. We will definitely stay here again when we come back up.

The house was lovely, the location great and the fenced in yard was wonderful for our young grandchildren to play while we grilled food or got ready for the evenings events. Was a great time. Terry and his wife are wonderful to deal with. Can't wait to go back next year. Highly recommend.

Close to downtown OOB and beach

We enjoyed our first trip to Old Orchard Beach! Didn’t have the best weather so it was nice to be so close to downtown attractions!

Great house with a great location

Absolutely loved this house. Everything is updated and clean. The house is about 2 blocks from everything. Great back yard with a deck and a lot of seating. I definitely recommend this house and will be staying there again in the future.
