The host was easy to communicate with. We have stayed at Regency Towers several times. This is the first time experiencing having to pick up our keys at a separate location. large unit. Dated decor and dishware & unfortunately there was a faux grass/ turf that had been used & left in one of the master bedroom closets. Also, glitter and tanning oil on all of the barstool seats, other than that.., great location & we enjoyed our stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would highly recommend this property! Everything was just as described. The condo was very clean and located minutes from everything. My whole family enjoyed our stay. We were even able to watch dolphins from the balcony! The unit being pet friendly was also a huge plus.

Great Location

We had a wonderful time at this condo! Location is great, it’s in a quieter area but still close enough to all the restaurants and a great distance from dog beach. Balcony was spacious. Kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to cook (e.g., pots, pans). We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Ovean View

If you want to see and hear the waves from your room, this is a great choice. We also liked the location on the island. It's relaxed and quiet. The condo is clean and had everything we needed for the week.
