Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

This villa has plenty of space to move around. Walk into the first floor, where you have the kitchen, dining room, and living room leading out to a small patio equipped with a new gas grill. The living room has a small desk space, perfect for any last-minute work that needs to get done. The second floor has the bedrooms. The first bedroom has one king bed, and the second bedroom has two queen beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.

A nice large pool (heated Mar & Apr - Oct & Nov) with fenced in courtyard area. The pool area offers a sundeck equipped with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas, where you will find it to be the perfect place to spend some time in the sun. A boardwalk with an outdoor shower offers easy access to one of the nicest, cleanest beaches Hilton Head has to offer. Standard appliances include a washer/dryer, dishwasher, central AC, refrigerator with ice maker, cookware, coffee pot, toaster, drinking glasses, and all utensils. High-speed internet is available!

This ocean villa has become the ONLY place we stay in Hilton Head. The new landscaping in the courtyard is beautiful. And, of course, the walk on the boardwalk across the dunes and onto the beach cannot be matched.
