This completely private 3 bedroom 3 story townhouse includes a private rooftop deck, 3 1/2 bathrooms, and an elevator! Just two blocks away from the north end of the River Walk (Museum Reach) and Pearl complex, this home is easily one of the best Vrbo locations in the city. Use our projector and have a movie night on the rooftop while enjoying the Texas weather or challenge your family to a ping pong tournament in the game room. At 2680 sq ft, your group will love the spacious layout of the home and all of our amenities! Walk over and enjoy some Mexican food at La Gloria's or a cocktail at Sternewirth or Southerleigh. There are so many choices in restaurants and shops within an easy walking distance or hop on the Riverwalk for a stroll to downtown.

The Space:
Not only is this home completely private and in an amazing location, it's also one of the more unique homes in the city. The house was built out of 9 repurposed shipping containers making it stronger, pest-proof, and more eco-friendly than your typical San Antonio rental. We take full advantage of the design of this house. The private rooftop deck is a perfect place to enjoy the weather. We even provide a movie projector and screen that will allow you to watch a night-time movie while taking in the San Antonio skyline. Relax on the hammock as the projector streams live sports or your favorite movie. There is a mini-fridge and a gas grill on the rooftop as well, making the time you spend there even more memorable!

The inside of the house is stylish and has everything you and your group needs during your visit to SA! Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, which is rare. The first floor is where you will enter the house via keypad. There you will find a bedroom with a king bed, the washer and dryer and our garage-game room. When it's too hot or cold to enjoy the rooftop, spend some time challenging your friends or family to a game of ping pong or play one of our metal board games! This bonus space is sure to keep your group entertained between outings. You can choose to either go up the stairs or the private elevator from here! The 2nd story contains two additional bedrooms, with a King and Queen bed respectively and full bathrooms. If you're working from home, we have a desk and printer with high-speed internet available. The third story is the kitchen and living area. With a 65 inch smart TV and furniture that's thoughtfully laid out, it's a great spot to watch TV with your group or play one of our many board or card games! The kitchen is packed with high-quality kitchenware. From the pots and pans to the utensils, you will find all our kitchen equipment clean and plentiful. There is plenty of seating at the dining room table and the huge kitchen island so prepping and enjoying a meal with your group will be a great experience! There is also a half bath, walk-in pantry, and both a Keurig and standard coffee maker! We provide plenty of coffee for you too!

When creating this get-away, we tried to think of everything! From fun games and activities to high-quality amenities such as TVs equipped with Roku in guest mode, coffee, and a whole home speaker system. Of course, this includes cleaning as well. We have some of the best vacation rental cleaners in SA and unlike other hosts, we have all our bedding professionally washed between our guests! Make this your home away from home.

House Rules and Other things to note: We do require a $500 deposit before entering the property. We do require a review and response to all of our house rules within 24 hours of requesting to book the property before your reservation will be confirmed.

Always lock the house when you leave the premises.

No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property including inside the house, the rooftop deck, driveway or in front of the garage. If you have members of your group that smoke, we ask that they leave the property to do so. Also, please do not smoke in front of our neighbors’ homes. Evidence of smoking anywhere on the property results in forfeiture of your security deposit as well as additional charges for thorough cleaning of the property.

No pets are allowed on the property. We have a child with severe allergies to animals so there are no exceptions to this.

No parties or events of any kind are allowed.

The maximum number of guests (adults, children and infants) including daytime and overnight guests are the number included in your booking and at no time should exceed 8 people. Please ask before having any additional guests beyond the number listed in your booking at the house. If you bring additional people to the property, your reservation may be cancelled without refund resulting in the immediate removal of your group from the property. Any additional guests on the premises will also result in forfeiture of your security deposit as well as a minimum charge of $200 per day per person.

Quiet times are from 10 pm to 8 am on weeknights and 11 pm to 11 am on weekends.

Security System:
For your safety and the security of our property, we have security cameras at the front door, over the driveway, facing the overheard garage door, and on the rooftop deck. The doorbell and driveway cameras remain active and recording at all times. The rooftop deck camera is passive and not recording when guests check-in unless there is an issue.
