Great beach getaway!

Clean place to stay. The condo is not the most upgraded one on the beach but for the price, it is great. Of course Seascape Resort is hard to beat anytime. We would definitely stay here again.

Super nice condo

Beautiful views and great access to beach. Condo was really nice with lots of space. A bit outdated though. There are restaurants and other venues close by, within walking distance on resort, but not inside building or access to delivery. We'll definitely be back!

Perfect family beach stay

Perfect place for our family of four to stay! Plenty of room of everyone and the extra half bath is a great plus! The views from the 18th floor were breathtaking. The location is perfect. You see everything but kind of feel like your away from the crowds, but still in walking distances of so much! The checkin and checkout process were easy and so convenient. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend. everything but are ki

Excellent. Comfortable bed.

Property is amazing. Check in and check out is off property, which is really a nuisance. The other unit, same property, I stayed in, the arm bands and gym pass were in a basket on the counter, on arrival, and checking in and out was done online.

Nice views. Close to beach.

I liked how easy was my booking and just checking in and out. I think unit was too small. Furniture looked old. Couch had a few stains. I did pack my own toiletries but I think it will be good if owner provided enough dish soap and a sponge. I did use the dishwasher but it left the dishes dirty. I did try to leave kitchen clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we wouldn't mind booking with real joy again. Thank you.

Indie, We are glad to know that you enjoyed your stay. We'll let the owner know your comments regarding the furniture. You should have gotten an email prior to your stay letting you know that we provide a starter pack of items like dish soap and that you would need to bring your own for a longer stay. This is for safety reasons. Thank for letting us know about the dishwasher. We will look into that. We're glad the booking and check in and out processes were easy for you. We look forward to seeing you next time and thank you for choosing RealJoy.

Great views

Beautiful gulf coast views from balcony. Great location. negatives include outdoor seating was terribly uncomfortable. Indoor seating for evening resting or watching television consisted on one “older, slightly dirty stained” couch. No where to truly stretch out and relax to watch a movie during those stormy evenings. And only one end table for a beverage while setting in the living room. And one last not so great thing….the sheets did Not fit the bed mattress in the bedroom…popped off every time they were touched. These things did not in any way ruin our stay, I will just look closer next time at furnishings and tv size (postage size tv not great) especially outdoor seating with such spectacular views you need to be comfortable!

The property was really nice. However, adding a blow dryer, another chair to sit in the living room and have more seating on balcony. The bistro chairs aren’t comfortable. The view was over the top. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Family Vaca 2021

We enjoyed our stay in 1805. We were a traveling family of six and the room was just enough for us. The room was tidy and had more kitchen gadgets than expected. The pictures of this place are exactly how it looks, inside and out. Great views and Easy access to the beach, nice pools and a great fitness area. Only complaint was that we weren’t given pool and fitness codes to access and had to get them from another guest.

Everything was great. Great view, clean! Only thing is I wish the comforters were thicker or had extras. After the sun, the air was cold...but my family didn't want to turn the air down. I froze lol.

Decent place, nice view, might consider it again (Torn between 3 and 4 star rating)

Pros: * Great views from the veranda. * Air conditioning worked great. * Overall space was pretty clean upon arrival. * Primary bed in bedroom was comfortable. * Bathrooms were very clean. Plenty of bath towels, etc. Be sure to bring your own shampoo, conditioner and even consider a bar of soap. Didnt see a hair dryer. * Kitchen was well appointed with necessary gear...pans, bowls, various dishes, glasses, etc. Was also very clean. Refrigerator worked really well along with the freezer / ice maker. Electric cooking definitely not the best, but operated well. We washed our dishes each night vs. using the dishwasher. Didnt want to buy a bunch of dishwasher soap. Be sure to bring your own if you dont want to buy there. * Dining table as shown in photos worked out well. * TV / cable worked well. * Internet speed was outstanding...average 120m/bit down, 125 m/bit up (yes, 125 m/bit up, not kidding. Tested it numerous times during the visit with speedtest.net). You can even still access the wireless network at the beach if near Seascapes. * Outside veranda provided great view. Six chairs and two small tables available. * Local grocery store was only approx four miles further west (Publix on US 98). Was well stocked. Also a number of decent local restaurants within two miles. Both thai restaurants just down the street on 98 were really good (support local businesses). So was the sushi place next to the thai place...do the $20 all you can eat..well worth it). Cons: * Floors had not been swept with obvious sand and other dirt on the floor. Had to sweep it myself within the first 15 minutes being there. * Bedroom ceiling fan...only one wall switch that controls both the fan on/off and light on/off. If you want the light off but the fan on, you have to climb up on the bed and use the pull chain to turn it off/on. * Kitchen: Only one trash bag was provided for a five night stay. So, consider bring more. Also, they don't recycle which is a bummer. * Living Room: The green sofa shown in the photo is not what is in the unit. The one currently in the unit which is tan is stained and obviously had not been cleaned in quite a long time. Let's just say don't plant your face in the sofa cushions. Ceiling fan has two speeds...super high / fast and off. The fan is also not balanced, so once it gets up to speed, it begins squeaking with each revolution. Became really irritating after a while. The dining room chairs are on rollers. One of the chairs is missing a wheel. So, heads up if you are a party of four. * Outside veranda had sand and metal paint chips on the floor upon arrival. Obviously had not been swept when previously cleaned. The four metal chairs and two metal tables are in definite need of refurbishment. Be careful if you have a youngster who puts stuff in their mouth. Regarding the pool, it looked nice, was never really crowded. Getting to the beach was an easy 5-10 minute walk across the small lake elevated wooden walkway. There was a room outside the unit entrance that had a beach chair, but no beach umbrella. Bring your own if you can. Cost is $45 full day / $30 half day for an umbrella and two lounge chairs at the beach if you want to rent those. In this day of social distancing, it was obvious most family vacationers didn't care at all about COVID risks, especially with the large increase in daily Florida infections reported during our stay. The elevator lobby was constantly packed with people. I strongly recommend you bring facemasks with you to wear in the public areas and elevators of the building. Building staff didnt seem to make any effort to actively encourage guests to respect the social distancing requirements. One last suggestion...the Surf Hut restaurant down the road might seem like a good place to take the family, but be ...
