Very nice property in and out. Clean. Well stocked. Very peaceful and relaxing sitting by the river listening to the rapids under the bridge. Easy day trip to Pictured Rocks and short drive into town. Plenty of parks close by and walking trails along the shore. Caught some really big smallies was an added plus. All the popular streaming apps available on the TV. Perfect space for the 2 of us and our small dog.

Beautiful property - we saw bald eagles and a flock of turkeys just across the river. Quiet, close enough drive to excellent hiking and sight-seeing, and great for a remote work week.

Nice place right on the river!

We visited early spring and the place was very nice. Clean and comfortable and right on the river! It seems like a really great place to be, especially in warmer weather - we came the week of snow and ice so outdoor activities were limited but still enjoyed the getaway.

Home was spotless and well appointed. Great communication from the owners and the stay couldn’t have been easier. Especially love the place was dog friendly, check out instructions were easy (no need to strip beds, start laundry, etc!) and the view couldn’t be beat.

Perfect cottage!

The cottage was in a beautiful area of Escanaba. However, the entire upper peninsula of Michigan is beautiful. Escanaba has everything you need for a vacation. The upper peninsula has many points of interest. We really enjoyed the Pictured Rocks cruise.
