College move out weekend

Kira’s instructions and arrival details were perfect. I had no problems finding the apartment and letting myself in. She had everything laid out including pool access and parking passes. The space was clean and ready for a group of 6 to enjoy the weekend. The kitchen had everything you would need to have a meal in the apartment including coffee for breakfast. There was a great coffee table book explaining the renovation of the apartment and what an impressive transformation! Amazing sweat equity and DIY prowess in this cute apartment. Definitely recommend this spot for ease of entry on our 4th floor dorm move out weekend! The area is college/bohemian vibe and I felt safe with my daughter and I going in and out alone. There are some houses in disarray in the area but nothing questionable going on at any time that we saw. All in all a great price for a comfortable and convenient location.

Great affordable apartment

Cute, clean, affordable apartment in a nice complex. Quite spacious too. Short drive to UGA's campus. The owner was great and easy to work with.

Easy to get to campus

Super communication with property owner and the apartment was very clean. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Location is very close to campus so ease of access to UGA is excellent.

Carr’s Hill condo

Convenient ground floor layout. Well stocked with all needed supplies, even for a month stay. Responsive hosts. Very convenient location with easy access to campus and downtown Athens. I would certainly stay there again.

We are a University of Georgia alumni that fell in love with Athens so much that we just couldn't leave for good.

Why they chose this property

We live in our hometown of Savannah, Georgia but purchased an apartment in Athens in the same complex that we lived in throughout our college years. It's our home away from home, and we're happy to share it! Our hope is that our guests enjoy our apartment and the city of Athens as much as we do. It's such a unique town that just has so much to offer for all ages.
