"Las Ruinas" is a lovingly restored country house with pool and a 2000 sqm plot in a quiet area of ​​the Costa Blanca. From the private pool you can experience a magnificent panoramic view of the valley. The approximately 150 square meters rustic finca is fully renovated and tastefully decorated in country style. Here are up to 8 people to spend a dream holiday. The house extends over 2 floors and consists of a central living room with a dining room, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 separate bedrooms with private bathrooms and many terraces to enjoy different views.

Upstairs: 2 bathrooms with shower, sink, toilet. 2 bedrooms with double bed and separate terraces.

Lovely old finca in the hills of benissa, calpe, very remote and peacful, everything you need is provided, its really a 3 double bedroom as one bedroom is on a mezzanine floor above the lounge looking over it and you have to walk through it to get to the other bedroom, mosquitos are really bad in summer, go prepared, A nice place to relax and the host is very helpful

tres belle maison, bien équipée, belle piscine paysage tres beaux, mais les aboiements des chiens des maisons voisines horrible, des nuits nous avons fermer les fenetres et nous avons acheter des protections auditives pour pouvoir dormir...la proprietaire a pris contact avec les voisins qui on confirmer nos dires, mais n'a rien pu faire pour le sejour.

Heerlijk huis In een rustige omgeving met zwembad dat zelfs laat in de avond nog heerlijk was vanwege de gunstige ligging. Een prachtig uitzicht over de bergtoppen in een zeer groene omgeving. Kortom heerlijk genoten.

Das Haus ist in seiner Ausstattung Top, der Pool ist ein Traum. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und ideal zur Erholung. Nach unserer Meinung sollte man erwähnen, dass das Bett auf der Galerie kein abgeschlossener Raum ist und das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss in der Mitte kein direktes Fenster nach außen hat. Ansonsten haben wir die Dinka sehr genossen.

Schönes ruhiges Domizil in der Bergen vor Calpe

Ein großzügiges, in modern rustikalen Baustil errichtetes Haus mit ausreichend Platz und großer Poolanlage. Die Bäder sind modern und funktional ausgelegt, sodass wir diese mit 6 Personen parallel nutzen konnten. Die Küche ist praktisch angelegt und verfügt über eine reichhaltige Ausstattung. Der vorhandene Weber Gasgrill rundet die Sache ab. Die hintere Terrassentüranlage ist bei stärkerem Regen leicht undicht. Die Vermieterin war bei Fragen im Vorfeld sowie vor Ort immer erreichbar und hat sich immer des Themas angenommen. Wir werden sicher wieder hinfahren.

Really nice place to stay, very peacefull and pool area is great for relaxing with the family.

Stayed mid July 2018, kitchen is quite modern with all equipment you need, bedrooms with on suite are really nice and have recently been refurbished, but for us the outdoor area with the pool was fantastic, not overlooked, and really quite, just the place for a relaxing holiday break, will look to go again sometime soon....
