This is one of the nicest rentals I have ever had...beautiful setting, well appointed kitchen, bath and balcony areas. Can't say enough about how much I enjoy this property. Have visited multiple times and all visits were great!

Extremely clean and absolutely no issues whatsoever. Hosts worked with me to reschedule from July to end of September due to surgery in late June. Location was convenient and close to Elizabethton and the Wautaga Lake area. There’s no doubt that I would stay here again if it were available. Thank you for a great time.

What a beautiful place to get away and unwind! The setting is absolutely gorgeous, but the best part has to be the sound of the river. There is just something so peaceful about listening to the water rushing by. We could have sat outside for hours just taking it all in!The loft is such a charming little retreat, surrounded by the natural beauty of East Tennessee. It’s the perfect place to slow down, relax, and enjoy the simple things. We loved our stay and honestly hated to leave. This is definitely somewhere we would love to come back to!

This was our second stay and we could not be happier with the experience. The hosts were wonderful and even surprised us with a welcome gift. The place was beautifully decorated and felt like home. We loved being right on the river. It’s so relaxing!

The Loft is a great property to stay at. The space is very comfortable and immaculate. The kitchen is well stocked. Coffee was provided for the Keurig machine as well as cream and sugar. The river view is absolutely amazing. There are a lot of great amenities. We love the area and plan to stay again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay… Diane was extremely helpful, and the property is so peaceful. There is nothing better than sitting out on the deck and watching the river flow by. The dogwoods were blooming while we were there and they are just gorgeous. We used this as our home base for the Bristol weekend race and it couldn’t have been more convenient. Perfect size for my husband and I. Definitely recommend!

Everything was just as pictured...but actually even better! They really thought of everything with this rental! There wasn't anything that I would change. Very homey and comfortable. Great location to everything. Loved just hanging out on the deck listening to the beautiful river and seeing the wild life fly by. Such a beautiful peaceful spot to just chill. Stayed in other places that also had great reviews and was beyond disappointed- but NOT HERE! My husband and I both went oh wow this is perfect upon opening the door. When you're staying here don't forget to visit The Covered Bridge Creamery. Best ice cream we've ever had. If your lucky like we were they might even have a band playing in the park. We will definitely choose to stay here if we're ever in this area again without hesitation!

Exceptional property. I felt pampered just by staying there! Very clean, comfortable and quiet with a peaceful ambiance. Comfortable furniture and bed, lots of natural light and nice quality linens, cookware dishes etc. Loved sitting on both the upper deck and lower patio and listening to the river. We primarily cooked our meals there and appreciated the well stocked kitchen. Location was perfect for exploring the area. Great communication with host, who is very friendly. Would definitely return!
