MESSANGES, in a quiet area about 3 km from the beach, very nice Landes style house, tastefully furnished, with heated swimming pool of 8*4 m. It is the ideal place for a beautiful family holiday in the Landes.
It is composed of: living room with dining area and lounge room; equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker); 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (a double down and a single up) and 1 other single bed; 1 bathroom with shower and sink; 2 separate toilets; 1 pantry with shower, washing machine and dryer. Beautiful landscaped plot of 700 m².
Capacity: 6/8 people - Bed linen and towels provided.
A contribution to charges of 50 € per week will be requested between MID OCTOBER et MID MAY included. END OF STAY CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE (extra 150€). Cancellation insurance offered with a supplement of € 1 included in the booking fees. Insurance guarantees available on request. Aupa Immobilier. M1063
