We are the proud owners of this beautiful vacation home and we are excited to share this slice of Paradise with you! We are experienced Superhosts and Premier Partners and we have worked hard to make sure you will have the most comfortable stay ever!

We have updated this beautiful condo to our exacting requirements: we've added brand new quiet and powerful Dual Zone air conditioning in the living room/kitchen area and its own separate unit in the bedroom. We've also added a brand new beautiful high quality queen sofabed in the living room and expanded the seating.

This modern, completely private top floor (of 3 floors and a basement floor) condo is one of the premier units in the highly desirable Kona Reef Resort situated on the water’s edge luxury hotel strip. You'll be enjoying the top floor for extra quiet and security, not to mention unmatched ocean views. This vacation condo is not just in an oceanfront complex, it is a proper Oceanfront Condo. Don't be disappointed with your rental. True oceanfront condo complexes are hard to find and the only real oceanfront condos at Kona Reef are located in buildings A and D. Any others are just ocean view! Top floor offers the best privacy and security.

We are situated a comfortable few steps away from the general pool/jacuzzi/barbecue area and yet conveniently around the corner so as to avoid any disruptive noises from there. The condo feels like a home away from home, with an up close view of the blue waters of the Pacific Ocean where you will experience Hawaii in all its natural splendor, removed from the tourist crowds. Palm trees sway softly as the waves rush into shore. Look for dolphins, turtles, and if you’re lucky, even whales frolicking right in front of you! Every sunset, a few boogie boarders will ride those waves into Honl's Beach, just 200 feet away. This is known as the home of boogie boarding. The little beach at the corner of the resort grounds, is an easy 2-minute walk from the condo, and features a small cove where there is some nice snorkeling to be had.

* Please note that while there is an elevator to get to the top floor, there is an additional short flight of stairs to climb - a total of 9 steps.

The well-appointed condo is clean, bright, and airy, and is one of just a few units in the resort with newly installed Dual Zone air conditioning throughout the living room and the bedroom. Additionally, ceiling fans in the living room, lanai, and bedroom create a pleasant breeze. This condo has been fully remodeled and upgraded.
Beautiful brand new wood framed sliding glass doors have been installed between the living room and the lanai. The condo features a king bed in the bedroom. A brand new high end queen sofa bed in the living room pulls out into a comfortable bed, thanks to the latest technology. No uncomfortable bar underneath! Comfortable bedding is provided for both beds. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, raised sink, and modern fixtures. Cable television is offered in both the living room and in the bedroom. You are also able to connect to your own streaming services to watch on both SMART TVs. There is also a DVD player.
The kitchen features high end cabinetry, granite counters, and is outfitted with modern appliances - a brand new full stove/oven, a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a full-sized microwave. It is ready for use with coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, rice cooker, and plates, glasses, cups, and utensils. A brand new high end and efficient Asko European clothes washer and dryer inside the condo are available for your convenience. High speed internet with WiFi and a land line phone service that includes all local calls plus free long distance calling to the US mainland and Canada are included.

Should you decide to spend a day at the beach, a supply of essentials is readily available: beach towels, a beach umbrella, two boogie boards, snorkeling sets (including masks, fins and tubes), and cooler bag.
The property’s oceanfront pool and jacuzzi, and poolside barbecues are all ready for your use. It is a great place to gather and make new friends over sunsets and dinner!
Kona Reef Resort is extremely well situated, right on Alii Drive, about a 5-minute walk from Kona town where there are plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, the local farmers market, and Kailua Pier. Some of the best beaches on the island are just a few minutes drive away.
A parking pass is available for the duration of your stay and will be left for you in the condo. There is ample parking available on the property.
