The only thing I’d change is a little more clarity on how to get into one of the cottages from the parking lot as we pulled into the handicapped parking and finally realized we had to go back out to the main road to turn into the regular parking . Otherwise, the cottage was adorable…TINY but had the essentials! Very clean!
This was our first time using Vrbo and this place did not disappoint! It was perfect for my wife and I. It's really a good size, not too small or too large. We had plenty of room to stretch out after spending all day at The Ark Encounter. I would highly recommend to anyone. We will definitely stay here again when we go back to The Ark.

Tiny 2 person cottage
Nice little cottage for 2. Easy check in and out. However, I felt the pricing was a little high for what was offered, It’s pretty close to the train which can keep you up and Would have been nice to of had a towel hook or place to put our toiletries in the bathroom. But all in all cute place to stay once.
The cottages appear to be owned by an event place, large house next door with a lovely event room elegant tables chandeliers. Those a big surprise we kinda enjoyed the constant trains traveling yards from the cottages blowing there horns day and night. Our bathroom had a big show of mold and mildew in one corner that needs kilz and fresh paint. The place was quiet clean. The shower is extremely small is cute but horrible for most anyone. I am short so I couldn’t lather and not be directly in the water. My husband tall both of us plump, there is no room to bend over to wash and rinse. The shower heads nice but in such a tight space a hand held sprayer would be a life saver. The coffee station needs a wall to wall counter like the microwave does cause there is no sufficient space make 2 cups of coffee, much less a sandwich. There are no comfortable chairs only 1 straight back wooden chair and a wooden bench. All very cute but to stay in you have to sit in the bed to watch TV. Even after buying 2 wrap around arm cushions it was very uncomfortable. As luck had it we came during Prom??? And Friday during our 3 day stay we had kids running around drinking making noise we weren’t sure there was a problem with some of the girls or if they were just squealing fir the heck if it. We called the property manager and between her and the local authorities we got some peace and quiet. Kellies restaurant near by has great fir but be prepared to wait quiet a while for it. The Arc was amazing but wear try and true comfortable shoes I get a blister on the bottom of my foot??? That’s First. Again hope you love trains they literally run nearly round the clock but it was interesting.
