Vista Ridge provides accommodation with four bedrooms which means you can welcome up to 10 guests of yours. This property is close to the ski area, snowboarding, kayaking area, mountain biking and more which means you can have plenty of options to explore.Vista ridge provides one of the finest furnishing and sophisticated decor which feels you home away from home. The grand living room has a cozy sitting area, a wood-burning fireplace and a flatscreen television with cable channels for entertainment. You can have a fully equipped kitchen with all the upgraded appliances and a long breakfast bar. A dining table just next to the kitchen for a big family meal or a game night. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stovetop, oven, coffee maker and appropriate cleaning supplies.
The master bedroom has one king-sized bed. The guest bedrooms have queen-sized beds, and twin beds are provided for kids. Every bedroom has plenty of blankets and clean linen. The master bedroom has a fireplace, a flatscreen TV and its bathroom has a private bathtub. Bedrooms also have some sitting areas to relax and chill. Every bathroom in the property has complimentary toiletries.

It has two floors, and every room has high-end furnishing and top-quality construction to make your stay a memorable one. The whole property has an authentic wooden touch with remarkable luxuries. There is a wide space for parking your vehicles. You can park your four vehicles easily.
This property includes a noise alert monitoring system inside and outside of the home to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). There is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house. Removing the decibel monitor and/or security cameras will result in a full security deposit loss.

Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
