This apartment probably best shows the great era of the building, built in 1892, with its inlaid wooden floors, wonderful ceilings, rustic bathroom with its walk in shower.
It has a fully equipped kitchen and is located on the ground floor, with direct access to the cozy courtyard garden.
Big bonus: Recently installed solar project give our guests certainty of lights, Wi fi, and TV during load-shedding with only cooking being affected.

Cosy, spacious, clean, and perfectly located apartment

Right around the corner from restaurants, bars and the beach, yet quiet. Serviced daily by very nice people, and the host was communicative. Had a great stay!

Gorgeous holiday apartment

We had an amazing time here. The property is well looked after and very pretty. The housekeepers attend to daily needs and are excellent. It’s in a great, central location for Sea point. We couldn’t have asked for more. We highly recommend Barry Hall.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, die Lage optimal, das Haus aus dem späten 19 Jhd. und sein dazu passendes Interieur hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Baustelle nebenan hat uns nicht so gestört, da wir tagsüber unterwegs waren und nachts war es sehr ruhig. Vom Schlafzimmer gab es einen tollen Blick auf Lions Head.

Workation in Seapoint

Wunderschönes Apartment in perfekter Lage in Seapoint. Leider gab es während unseres Aufenthalts (Jan 22) noch eine Großbaustelle nebenan, die uns etwas gestört hat, da wir aus dem Apartment heraus (als Homeoffice) gearbeitet haben. Unsere Gastgeberin Rita hatte allerdings Verständnis dafür und ist damit sehr professionell und kulant umgegangen, in dem sie uns eine Woche früher hat auschecken lassen und diese Woche auch vollständig rückerstattet hat.

There is so much to do, see and explore in Cape Town, which I especially appreciate having worked in the airline business in Europe at a time where very few overseas visitors came to South Africa.

With its (nearly) perfect weather, wind free area, and location midway between the City and Camps Bay and Clifton beaches Barry Hall Apartments is an ideal base from which to explore Cape Town.
Barry Hall is located in the Jewish part of town and is within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and beachfront promanade and synagogues.

With 4 large apartments in a Historic Manor house close to main Road Sea Point,
you have the best of both worlds. Large private space, own apartment.
Easy access to many of the attractions Cape Town beautiful Manor house built in 1892 has been restored to show off all the original special features of the time, lovely fireplaces, inlaid windows, Teak staircase, etc
and very important plenty of space in each apartment (the cottage excluded)

The large spacious apartments are rarely found in modern rental buildings today, and all the buildings rich decor from another era makes the building a special place to visit.
Our cozy courtyard garden is a tranquil place to enjoy el fresco dining under the pergola, relax in a deckchair, or make a barbeque/braai.
The apartments are serviced daily, weekdays by our housekeeper Zoliwe and her assistant, they will do your laundry too, leaving you free to enjoy all Cape Town has to offer.
Free internet connection in your own apartment.
