Hale Pau Hana #7 is a lovely unit, located on beautiful beach front. Sunset Magazine has rated Kamaole beach number II as one of the best beaches on Maui. Enjoy Hawaii's tropical ambiance, beautiful landscaped grounds, and gorgeous sunsets overlooking the ocean, beach and three islands of Lanai, Kahoolawe and Molokai. Only steps from the beach, enjoy a swim in the ocean or relax by the pool. Prepare your favorite meals on a deluxe professional BBQ just outside your private lanai.

This spacious, unique and beautifully decorated condominium has a fully equipped large state-of-the-art kitchen with granite counter tops, a lovely living room and a dining area. The bedroom is beautifully decorated and has builtin cabinets and drawers to accommodate your vacation belongings. Enjoy a recently remodeled bathroom with a large granite shower with inlayed swimming dolphins.

Your Accommodations include free cable TV in both the bedroom and the living area, VCR, Stereo, Wireless High Speed Internet Access, Split-System Air Conditioner, Ceiling Fans in every room, and remote controlled Electric Shades in the living room. Don't bother to bring beach towels, there are plenty.

Peaceful vacation

We arrived and almost immediatly went into vacation mode. No hassle getting in and figuring out how to use the beautiful accomadations. The location is perfect. We just enjoyed our time and quickly got to a relaxed and peaceful state. We will definitly come again.

A wonderful stay in Paradise.

Ted and Pat are excellent hosts and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. They have a beautiful oasis on the lovely Kamaole Beach Park II with stunning unobstructed waterfront and sunset views. They provide everything you need for a comfortable stay, including kitchen essentials, linens, and beach towels. I highly recommended a stay on your next visit to the beautiful island of Maui.

Gem in Kihei

We had a great time in this ground level condo. The unit was well stocked. The well-maintained resort is fairly small & quiet and the ground level unit is right on the beach—a combination that was perfect for us. The building has thick walls—we never heard our neighbors to the left (there is no one to the right as it’s a corner unit) and the guests in the unit above us couldn’t be heard either, so we had restful sleep every night. The king bed was comfortable, the air conditioning units were quiet and worked well, and the shower pressure was amazing—things that, for us, make for a great stay. We will stay here again. Mahalo, Ted & Pat, for trusting us with your lovely space.

Wonderful

Our stay here was wonderful; you can’t beat the location! To be able to fall out the sliding door for a morning walk, a meal, to hang out on the beach, or to catch the evening sunset was an absolute treat! Our hosts responded right away with questions and we really appreciated them. Such a memorable stay!

Wonderful week at Hale Pau Hana

Excellent condo right on the beach. We enjoyed having breakfast, lunch and dinner on the patio. Watching the sunsets and stats was lovely. We enjoyed having all the equipment we needed and the beach accessories. Location was excellent, not only was the beach excellent for all activities but all necessities were within walking distance. The main problem we had was the lock on the entrance door would not work after 8 pm. We worked around that by using the sliding door key. But it would be better if access was allowed 24/7. It made it difficult at check in because we arrived at 9pm.

Best location in Maui!

The place was great! It is on one of the best beaches on the island. Amazing sunset views. Beautiful and spacious garden. Close to many popular local restaurants. Very easy communication with the hosts. Would definitely come back!

Memorable vacation place

Renting this property was very easy. I made an inquiry and the owner responded right away. Once we arrived we were so happy with the condo. It had everything we needed to be comfortable, cook and lounge. The location is probably the best anywhere - direct access to the beach. Overall, one of our best visits to Maui.

Located right on the beach with a strip of lawn between the patio and the sand. Close to the BBQ grill. Furniture a bit outdated and the bed was too soft for me but fine for my wife.

We are from Washington State and love going to Maui which we do several times a year. We searched for five years before we found Hale Pau Hana and knew instantly, this is where we wanted to purchase our home away from home. Kihei is the dry part of the island, unlike many places on Maui, you do not have to select your activities based on the weather. Every day is better than the next!

Why they chose this property

The location is fabulous! From your private lanai you are instantly in paradise. You are only feet from the ocean and a mile long white sand beach. No coral, rocks or seaweed to contend with. Watch turtles and dolphins swim by right your lanai. From October - April the Humpback Whales are in Hawaii. It truly is an amazing site to see them breach. We recommend you pack binoculars and camera. The sunsets from this location are amazing and you will want to take home a piece of paradise!

What makes this property unique

The benefits you will enjoy are numerous. Immediate access to the ocean, private heated swimming pool, convenient showers and the BBQs are only steps away from our unit. There are places to shop directly across the street along with a number of great restaurants. There are also several shops where you can purchase or rent, swim gear, boards, etc.
