Sea Haven on Bates Beach

Welcome to our condo! This little gem is situated on the outskirts of Courtenay BC on Vancouver Island.
Come and enjoy the amazing ocean views from the seaside balcony and fall asleep while listening to the waves outside your bedroom window!

This cozy space is located on the second floor of the building and can accommodate 4 people. It is perfect for individuals, couples and small children. It has one bedroom with a comfy queen bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Extra bedding is provided.
It has a fully stocked kitchen and includes extras like coffee, tea, spices, oil etc for your convenience.
Anything else you may need, we’ll do our best to accommodate!

So many amazing things to enjoy, in and around the area... beach fires(wood can be provided) paddle boarding and kayaking right off the beach, visiting the local wineries, beaches and trails and a quick drive(38 minutes from the condo to the top of the mountain) up to Mt Washington.
You will have access to Netflix, Prime and Disney+ for your entertainment. The condo is also equipped with its own wireless wifi router, (as the community wifi in the complex is quite weak) to ensure excellent connection for all your electronic needs.

Guests will be provided with entry code for self check in on the day of their arrival.

This property was perfect for a quiet getaway. It’s very comfortable and has every amenity you could want while there. The lovely little deck looks straight out to the ocean, where you can watch the sunrise and moonrise over the water. The bed is very comfy and the linens were delightfully crisp and fresh. The kitchen has all the needed appliances and cooking utensils. Overall, a great stay!

Amazing ocean view. We watched herons everyday and were lulled by waves and seagull sounds. Lovely decor, very clean, and thoughtfully equipped, even fluffy bathrobes! Also private and quiet. Kind of equi distance from Courtenay or Comox, so easy access to many attractions. Top notch winery very nearby! A gem of a stay, and we loved it.

Always a great stay! Location is perfect, right out on the beach, tucked away in a quiet area surrounded by nature, but still only 15 minutes driving distance from Comox and Courtenay. The unit itself is comfortable and clean, well stocked with cookware and dishes, some snacks and Keurig cups are provided, for more just drive down to the Courtenay Country Market.Will definitely be back again, what a great area to spend a weekend relaxing away from home!

An incredible spot. Its a 6 out of 5 star. Comfy bed. Clean. The interior alone makes it a 5*. But the view of the strait and the sound of the waves were incredible - the stress melted off us! Nice waterfront to walk - saw seals and sea lions. Area has nice hiking trails. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect getaway

Great location for a quiet stay for a few days to get away from the city noise. We woke up with the sound of waves and enjoyed the milky way viewing at night. The apartment is well staffed. Great place!

We really enjoyed our time at Sea Haven. The place was very clean and well appointed. The area was quiet and located a short drive to Courtenay, Comox, and many great hikes. I definitely recommend Sea Haven if you're looking for a peaceful stay on the water.

Wonderful property! Incredible views right from the balcony. Easy access to the airport or nearest towns. Lots of awesome hiking and nature in the area. Hosts were very nice and easy to get a hold of.Would happily stay here again!
