Beautiful Swiss Alps

The views and activities were superb. The house is good and the neighbors very friendly. They helped us find the recycle facility which was not clear from our instructions. A small inconvenience was the absence of trash cans in the toilets. Overall the views and local restaurants made up for any distractions.

This is the perfect chalet: lovely views, traditional decor but with modern fittings, and very clean and well kept. It is also within walking distance of the Brunni cable car and just downhill from an awesome play park for children. We will come again if we can! Just one note: it is about half an hour's walk from Engelberg train station, so it is best to bring a car if you want to travel further than the Brunni. Also, there is no microwave. But there is an oven, grill and hobs!

Wunderschönes, kinderfreundliches Häuschen

Das Haus ist sehr sauber, einige Spielsachen sind vor Ort. Zu Fuss ist die Brunni Bahn in 7-10min, der Bahnhof in 10min zu erreichen.

Beschwerde Heizung!

Die Heizungssteuerung wurde auf ein Minimum heruntergesetzt. (Vorlauf 32°C). Auch wenn man die Regulierung an den Radiatoren auf die höchste Stufe 5 stellte wurden sie nicht einmal lauwarm! Dadurch war das ebenerdige Parterre durch die regenreiche und kalte Vorwoche feucht - kalt. Die Steuerung der Vorlauftemperatur an der Heizung konnte man ja nicht selber regulieren. Den Eigentümer des Hauses bitte darauf aufmerksam machen !!

Handig gelegen uitgangspunt voor fraaie tochten.

Handig gelegen als uitgangspunt voor wandeltochten/banen, makkelijk bereikbaar klein huisje. Erg kleine, wel gezellige woonkamer en keuken. Mooie badkamers. Stoffige, bijzonder akelige geur in de slaapkamers en in de kasten. Net of de ramen/deuren jaren dicht zijn geweest. Dit was echt bijzonder vervelend. Geur hing ook in het beddengoed. Uitzicht is oké. Einde middag geen zon meer. Veel vliegen in huis.
