Alanda overlooks the Los Flamingos golf club, with its three prestigious courses and its palace, where you can enjoy a gourmet dinner or relax at the spa.

Puerto Banus is only about ten minutes away by car, and Cancelada beach about 2km away, with the magnificent Beach club of Villa Padierna.

A stroll through the manicured gardens will bring you to one of the urbanization's two swimming pools, which, like the rest of the residence, have a contemporary style with clean lines. The huge bay windows throughout the apartment will allow you to make the most of the brightness of the Costa del sol, as well as the panoramic views of the sea. The main living room, with its ultra modern American kitchen, opens directly onto the huge terrace and private garden. The two bedrooms are of good size, one of them with an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. The second bathroom has a beautiful natural stone shower.

Beautiful luxury Condo

Probably the nicest rental we have stayed in in the last few years. Fully equipped and the outside patio was spacious, comfortable and private, The view from the condo was lovely and dinner on the patio overlooking the ocean was the perfect way to end the day. You will not be disappointed if you choose this property.

L'appartement est spacieux et nous avons également profité d'une belle vue sur la mer. Il était équipé de tout le nécessaire. Nous avons également apprécié le calme et l'environnement. Les commerces sont à proximité comme le Mercadona (supermarché espagnole) ou le lidl. Il y a également une pharmacie. Jonathan est une personne serviable et répond très rapidement aux demandes ou inquiétudes. Le seul petit bémol, c'est que nous avons 2 ados et qu'ils et nous aurions préféré 2 lits simples dans la deuxième chambre.
