The host is very accommodating. Our flight came in earlier than expected and she made it to the property as soon as she could to let us in early. The place is clean and nice and has an elevator which is important since it's on the 5th floor.

We really cannot fault this excellent apartment. The views are wonderful & it is so easy to get everywhere (the tram stop is 3 mins away). The apartment was spotless & the beds wonderfully comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Nice.

This apartment exceeded our expectations. Right in front of the water. There was an elevator and the AC worked amazingly. If you are heading to Nice a definite must stay! I can’t wait to go back.

Perfect Location

You look out the balcony and the Mediterranean Sea is right there. Couldn’t ask for more. The tram stop is just up the road and so easy to get around.

Great Stay in Nice!

We had an awesome stay here in Nice! Host was awesome and the property was so clean and cute! View from the place was unreal, would definitely stay here again. The tram is super close to property and very easy to get to the main town. Highly recommend this place for your stay in Nice, France!

It was one of the best accommodations on N.A. in Nice. Mireta was so caring and accommodating from the first day until we left the place. Wonderful spot

The unit was very nice and clean and well situated, close to the beach and transit. We really enjoyed the air conditioning after long days of explorations through Nice and Monaco.
