3 Bedroom, 2 1/2 Bath home. Master bedroom will accommodate 2 people, downstairs living room has a pull out sofa bed to accommodate 2.

Upstairs game room has a pullout sofa to accommodate 2, pull out love seat to also accommodate 2 people.

Bedroom #2 has 2 twin beds for 2 people

Bedroom #3 has a full size bed to also accommodate 2

Upstairs closet also has a blow up bed if additional space is needed.

Sine we are a family orientated VRBO property, you will find booster seats, a high chair, porta crib with sheets and blankets on site and to be at your convenience.

House is 1875 square feet, 100 ft from the water, 3.7 acres of private land. Open kitchen to living room onto a large inviting deck on West Bay. Large grill for your grilling pleasure a propane grill, lobster cooker on the deck.

Game room in a converted garage, 6 arcade games, slot machine for the tenants pleasure

8 Kayaks, 2 paddle boards, for your entertainment on property, Cruiser Bicycles, 5 person hot tub.

Dogs are allowed, there is an 8x8 durable pen. Dogs are allowed on the deck or downstairs in the house. The upstairs is carpeted and therefore do not want dogs upstairs since some people do have allergies and the carpet would have to be steam cleaned every time.

Fun & Games!

Want to replace screen time with fun time? There is lots to do here. We really enjoyed the Foosball table and Pacman game! The house is very private and convenient to Schoodic, Millbridge and surrounding areas.

Great location

Great location which made for a lovely stay at this beautiful property. Was just as advertised. Hot tub was great under a clear sky of stars. Our pups loved sitting out on the deck in the sunshine. Overall great experience. Only thing we can say should be changed is to have the home owner delineate the pet fee amount in advance. We highly recommend this property.

Great house and lication

The location was very nice and as described in the listing. Only one minor issue, couldn’t get the outdoor heater on the deck to work but everything else was great! The extra little touches were very nice( bottle of wine, snacks and cupcakes). We had a great time!

Great family getaway

We really enjoyed the property. It was the perfect meeting point to see family. The views were amazing and there were so many activities to keep the kids busy. The special treats left by host were a bonus! We especially enjoyed the playground, s'mores kit and bikes.

Middle age couple from NH, 3 kids, built house as an investment property and our vacation home as well.

Why they chose this property

Great Place to hide from COVID-19 because there is no one around, West Bay can become your own private outdoor playground. Great place to sit and relax and let nature take over, you will see deer, rabbits, sandpiper birds, eagles, puffins, bobcat, moose and an occasional bear. Located within 5 miles of the Sunset Trail that used for hiking, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, ATV’s, all winter entertainment.

The harbor seals have found our raft and like to lounge on it.

What makes this property unique

Quiet, secluded, major attractions within 1/2 hour distance either way. Harbor seals and eagles frequently visit. Next door to a wildlife sanctuary. Local winery, Maines best seafood restaurants nearby. Kayaking, paddle boards. Arcade games, PlayStation 4 and cable TV all provided inside the home. Excessively large deck with outdoor seating for 12 as well as a table for10. Large propane grill for your grilling pleasure.

Early morning hours, the harbor seals can be seen lounging around on our raft and catching/eating fish. I have no idea what kind of fish are there but you can see them jump from the water and caught by the eagles. Unfortunately no matter how hard my husband has tried by using different types of bait but he has never caught any fish there.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY, by booking with us you are accepting our waiver of liability when using the hot tub, kayaks, paddle boards & children’s play set.

Unfortunately, accidents can happen, life jackets are provided in all sizes to be used on when in the hot tub or kayaks. The play set needs to be used with adult supervision. Please do not allow children to start the fire pit, patio heaters or the grill.

Knee pads and helmets are located in the game room for those that choose to ride the beach cruising bicycles.

By booking with us then you are also agreeing to waive the owners of the property of any liability for any persons that may get hurt, death or disfigured while using or misusing the activities on site.
