So grateful for our first stay at Villa Capriani! Condo is perfect for us and clean upon arrival. Larry was beyond helpful and accommodating! Ocean views from the balcony are spectacular! Beach access is awesome! Hot tubs and pools are wonderful! Kitchen well stocked for our meals in the condo. And, Splash by the Sea is one of our favorite places to eat on the island. And, we found shark teeth! Bonus!

My husband and I rented this condo for the second time this summer. It is perfect for two people, nicely decorated, clean, and a fantastic view of the ocean! We had a small issue with our door lock, and it was taken care of immediately and Larry could not have been nicer.. he was very concerned about the day of our arrival with all the storms! We will definitely rent again next year!

The check in process presented a minor problem with the passcode but Tony was very responsive and actually came to the rescue personally and the issue was resolved. The unit was as advertised and very comfortable. The amenities at Villa Capriani were great and well maintained. Tony was very responsive to any question or issue that came up and even provided a homemade pasta dinner during the first week of our stay! I cannot say enough about the condo, the complex, and the responsiveness and caring displayed by Tony during our stay. We will definitely return to this property in the future.

Larry allowed us an early check in which was so nice. Also because our linens were late arriving he gave us a gift card to the splash restaurant which the meal was excellent. We will definitely stay in one of Larry’s units in the future. The unit was nice and the villas pools were clean and really nice.

Excellent property at a great beach location. The condo had everything we look for in a stay - full kitchen, in-room laundry, ocean view, etc. Plus Topsail is an awesome not-too-crowded beach. Larger property was excellent as well with two pools and two hot tubs that were being constantly maintained by staff. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked, nothing else was needed. Towels and linens were clean and soft. The ocean view from the balcony was amazing. It was easy to communicate with the property manager. We highly recommend staying here.

Our stay was perfect! We have no complaints. Communication with host was great and Larry went above and beyond to accommodate some changes for us. The pools were closed for our visit but the weather was beautiful to enjoy the beach!
