Apartment was in great location overlooking the marina, with easy walking access to both the Arenal and a little further to the Port. It is in a nice complex. Good swimming pool and pleasant garden area, Apartment could do with a freshen-up decoratively.

The grounds at Girasol are beautifully kept, and the apartment is in a great location. Unfortunately, the apartment is in need of some TLC and would benefit from some improvements.

Great location!

Location very good with nice view. apartment was very clean and tidy, but decor dated. Interhome, the property managers were very good and resolved the problems (Cons) below Cons: Kitchen lighting wasn't fixed until day before we left. Hot water boiler stopped working, which we eventually worked out to be the socket, and switched it over. Other points: Only 2 rings on hob working. Bathroom lighting inadequate. No instructions for the Oven, which needs 2 dials to be used to operate. We got there eventually :-)

We have promptly informed the owners about the rings on the hob, and I'm pleased to inform you that one of the three rings has already been successfully fixed. Rest assured, we are actively working to resolve the issue with the remaining rings as well. Moreover, we will thoroughly inspect the bathroom lighting to determine the feasibility of replacing the current bulb with a more powerful one, enhancing the overall illumination. Additionally, our house technician visited the apartment to demonstrate the functionality of the oven. Please note that the oven is a standard model that operates without any specific instructions or complexities. We sincerely appreciate your stay with us. Goede vakantie

Het appartement is gedateerd, maar ligt in een mooi complex aan het haventje van Javea Playa Arenal. We misten toch wel een airco en verduisterende gordijnen op de slaapkamer,aangezien wij de rolluiken niet naar beneden deden voor het lekkere windje wat er stond. Een nieuw fris douche gordijn is ook wel nodig. Helaas spoelde door het toilet en uit de douche bruin water soms. Verder geen opmerkingen, er lagen schone handdoeken en bedlinnen. Zwembad is ook top! En helaas geen wifi.

Thank you for the feedback. Since noting your comments, the shower curtain have been replaced. Regarding the water, it is the result of the building pipes and can be used for cooking. People normally purchase bottled water for drinking.

Doordat wij eerder een ander appartement in dit complex hadden gehuurd, waren er bepaalde verwachtingen. Echter alles in het interieur is gedateerd, of vervuild. (Continue geel water uit de kranen in de badkamer inclusief het toilet)

Esta bien, pero falta mantenimiento.

El apartamento esta bien, pero tiene problemas de agua, que pienso que la propietaria lo sabe y aun asi lo alquila, el espaldar de la cama grande, es ..., los cojines del salon también.

Thanks for your comments. The water system is older, however is checked reguarly and confirmed to be completely safe and sanitary. Please don't forget to contact our local colleagues immediately if the cleaning is not done to the correct standard, so that we can resend our cleaning team.

Hallo, wir waren mit drei Erwachsenen und einem Kind(6)in der Wohnung. Es hat gepasst, die Wohnung war wie im Angebot beschrieben. Von der Lage her sehr gut zum Meer war es nicht weit man konnte es sehen vom Balkon. Die Anlage hatte einen Pool der gut zu benutzen und auch für Kinder geeignet war. In der Anlage selbst war alles ordentlich und sauber sehr schön mit Blumen und Pflanzen angelegt. Die Lage direkt am Kanal empfanden wir auch als sehr gut, da es interessant war mit den Booten.

Bra leilighet, fin beliggenhet. Men hadde ingen støvsuger !!!! Dårlige kjøkkenredskaper , og manko på solsenger!!! Ellers er Interhome flott og enkelt og leie hos,ryddig og greit. Takk for oss denne gangen.
