Private: natural garden, swimming pool kidney shaped (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 6 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 5 km, sandy beach 8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 12 km, tennis 5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Confort et tranquillité
Maison assez spacieuse (quoique les 160 m² annoncés paraissent un peu surévalués), confortable, bien équipée, située dans un quartier calme. La vue sur la plaine de Pego et ses champs d'orangers, avec les montagnes tout autour, est magnifique et reposante. La terrasse couverte orientée ouest est très pratique, surtout pour la sieste ;-)
