Very beautiful, comfortable house "Grand Lusianna". In the district of Monte Pego, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 8 km from the sea. Private: property 2'000 m2, garden wildlife garden and flowers, swimming pool kidney shaped (5 x 10 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. In the house: sun terrace. Shop 6 km, grocery 6 km, supermarket 6 km, shopping centre 12 km, restaurant, bar 500 m, bus stop 7.4 km, sandy beach 8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 12 km, tennis 3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

La vue est magnifique !

Cette maison est très jolie, l’emplacement est magnifique, la vue sur la réserve naturelle, la montagne et la mer, est vraiment idéale. Le décoration intérieure et extérieure est de très bon goût. Maison spacieuse intérieure et extérieure. Les points négatifs :le lave-vaisselle qui est mal placé et ne peut être ouvert en entier et l’emplacement de cela machine à laver qui n’est vraiment pas pratique au sous-sol de la maison.

Villa au calme

Villa agréable où nous avons passer 2 semaines. A recommander Petit bémol pour le lave vaisselle qui est très mal placé dans la cuisine et il est impossible d’ouvrir La porte en entier : c’est une vraie gymnastique pour mettre les assiettes et les enlever. Dommage qu’il n’y est pas de micro ondes non plus.

Huis met prachtig uitzicht, maar enkele gebreken!

Het huis heeft een prachtig 360 graden uitzicht, een heerlijk zwembad en een hele mooie tuin. Jammer dat het een aantal ouderdomsgebreken heeft, met name in de keuken. Meer in het algemeen zouden handleidingen over de apparaten handig en informatie over de omgeving fijn zijn geweest.

Ikke fornøyd med kjøkkenet. Skittent servise, oppvaskmaskin vasket ikke rent, stekepanner ubrukelige. Utegrill fungerte dårlig. Flott basseng og uteområde. Fantastisk utsikt. Flott strand ved Olivia. Hadde en fin uke.
