Fast perfektes Ferienhaus.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und man hat eine gute Aussicht auf den Penon de Ifach und das Meer. Was fehlt ist eine Klimaanlage da die Nachttemperaturen relativ hoch waren. Unser kleines Problem mit dem Pool wurde sehr schnell gelöst.

Sommerurlaub August 2025 mit 4 Erwachsen

Das Ferienhaus Cecile ist in einem ruhigen Teil von Calpe. Die beiden Badezimmer sind renoviert. Schlafzimmer einwandfrei, Küche gut ausgestattet, Pfannen in guten Zustand, allerdings die Auflaufformen nicht und Aufbewahrungsbehälter mit Deckel für den Kühlschrank wären wünschenswert. Der Sonnenschirm ist sehr windanfällig und daher gefährlich, da er ohne Steinbeschwerung mehrfach umgefallen ist.

We boeken al sinds 2007 huizen bij interhome in Calp We zijn zeer hartelijk ontvangen in het plaatselijke kantoor Dit huis boeken we al heel lang, de eigenaar van dit huis heeft veel verbeterd Het onderhoud van het zwembad is verschrikkelijk Bij aankomst was het zwembad al lang niet schoongemaakt, alleen een chloortablet, de randen waren groen. Na een melding duurde het dagen voordat dit gereinigd werd De rest van ons verblijf bijna geen reiniging meer Wij raden een ander zwembad bedrijf aan.

Mooi huis met zwembad

Paar minpunten: nieuwe toilet in de 2e badkamer is een drama, werkt niet goed De oude was beter Heel maar dan ook heel veel last van kakkerlakken gehad in huis De matrassen in de hoofdslaapkamer zijn echt aan vervanging toe, je ligt in een kuil Wij komen hier al vanaf 2017 in dit huis en toen waren de bedden prima. Pannenset is ook niet veel meer, handvaten die verbrand zijn Deze zijn ook al uit die tijd en mogen wel eens vervangen worden, incl koekenpan - Zwembad is perfect na renovatie.

Vacances de Pâques

Nous avons, tout d'abord, été très bien accueillis par l'équipe interphone de Calpe. La maison se trouve dans un quartier à proximité de la ville, mais au calme. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et de la grande terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur le Peñón de Ifach et la mer. La villa est très bien équipée, et, à cette période de l'année, l'absence de climatisation ne nous à pas perturbé. En outre la literie est d'un bon confort et récente. En bref, nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances

Super Haus in Calpe! Haben aber „leider“ wegen des guten Wetters nur draußen leben müssen :—) Super Grundstück, super Haus, super Außenbereich. Einziger „Mangel“: Beide Schlafzimmer haben Matratzen, die nicht nur weich, sondern sehr sehr weich sind. Trotzdem ein toller Urlaub!!!

Très bien mais…

Location déjà prise août 2022. Nous avons renouvelé Août 2023. Maison bien située avec une vue magnifique sur la mer, extérieur très agréable avec une grande piscine. Points négatifs: l’absence de clim qui se fait ressentir malgré la présence des 2 ventilateurs. Invasion de fourmis. Un bon rénovation de l’intérieur (ex: huisseries des portes comportant des trous d’où certainement la provenance des fourmis, absence de VMC salles de bains) serait le bienvenu au regard du prix de la location.

Tolles Haus, toller Ausblick!!!

Sehr schönes Haus und Grundstück! Wegen schönem Wetter „leider“ fast nur draußen aufgehalten. Toller Ausblick auf den Penon, Maryvilla und die Sierra de Olta. Pool super! Man sollte aber sehr, sehr weiche Matratzen mögen, denn die gibt es in beiden Schlafzimmern! Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder anmieten!

Très belle villa

L emplacement est parfait au calme avec de charmant voisin. Le logement est propre et bien équipé avec une vue magnifique. Nous y avons passer une très bonne semaine manqué juste la climatisation.

Toujours aussi bien

3ème fois dans cette maison avec nos 2 enfants. Toujours aussi bien! On ne se lasse pas de la vue sur la mer et le rocher ainsi que de la grande piscine. La climatisation serait vraiment appréciée par contre, car les nuits sont très très chaudes.

Es una casa de una sola planta y está todo fenomenal. Hemos repetido dos años seguidos. Lo único que yo cambiaría son los colchones que son muy blandos. Por lo demás hemos pasado unas muy buenas vacaciones.

Maison tres bien tres calme le seul bémol pas de climatisation les chambres très chaudes les nuits le matelas dans la chambre un vieux matelas les coussin pas bien la maison très bien manque la climatisation changement de matelas le reste très bien

15 jours au Soleil

Maison trés bien équipée mais manque vraiment la climatisation car les nuits sont très chaudes. Problème piscine filtration hs à 2 jours de la fin mais résolu le lendemain grace au Pro trés reactif = dans l’ensemble bon séjour / bémole = pas de vrais restaurant qualitatif genre gastro

Perfekte Ferien

Wir waren dieses Jahr zum dritten Mal in diesem Haus. Es gefällt uns sehr gut, obwohl es für 5 Personen schon ein bisschen eng ist. Die Aussicht ist wunderbar. Die Ausstattung des Hauses und der Küche sind gut, einzig das Sofa ist blöd und ein Terrassenstuhl war leicht defekt. Sonst alles tiptop! Der Pool war anfangs trüb, weil die Pumpe nicht lief, wurde aber nach der Reklamation schnell behoben. Das Einzige was mir fehlte war ein Staubsauger um zwischendurch mal sauber zu machen... ;-)

Idylle mit tollem Blick

Schönes Haus mit traumhaftem Blick und riesigem Pool. Geeignet für 2 Erwachsene und bis zu 2 Kindern oder einem dritten Erwachsenen, da das zweite Bett nur 140cm breit ist! Alles ist vorhanden, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Toller Garten mit Zitronen- und Orangenbäumen. Calpe ist dicht genug und auch weit genug weg :-) Ideal für einen erholsamen Urlaub.
