Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Gather all towels and place in bathtubs

All trash to be placed in bear proof bin outside. Any trash that will not fit please leave inside and it will be removed by our cleaning crew. Do not leave trash outside of outdoor bear proof bin.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The cabin was amazing. It was clean, well stocked and close to pretty much everything. It was easy to access and had a great view. I would definitely recommend it to anyone considering a trip to the Gatlinburg area.

We loved how spacious, clean and comfortable the cabin was for our group of 5, with comfortable beds and a well-stocked clean kitchen and mountain/forest views. The game room, with pinball and arcade games, was a big hit, and the movie room was perfect for winding down after busy days. The bathrooms were well stocked, with plenty of towels, toiletries that gave it a hotel-like touch.We were initially unsure about being on this side of the Parkway, but the location turned out to be very convenient, with easy access to grocery stores, Pigeon Forge attractions, and alternate route back roads to take when the Parkway became congested.The drive to the cabin was also easy—no intimidating steep roads or drop-offs—and we had no trouble getting there in our front-wheel-drive rental minivan, even in the rain.Would recommend this cabin and will stay again next time if available.

Amazing Experience

This was the cleanest, most beautiful cabin we have stayed in. It was beautifully decorated and so warm and cozy. I loved all the details put into this cabin. From the back porch, we saw a mama bear and her three cubs, several turkeys and several deer during our stay. So quiet and secluded, yet it didn’t take but ten minutes to get to the main parkway. I loved it! We will be staying here again when we come back

Comfy Cabin

We enjoyed our time at Lazy Bear Lodge. Everything was clean and well appointed. The only thing we wished there were more towels provided, but that’s a small thing. We would definitely stay here again!

Spring Break 2021

The property is beautiful and exactly as listed. I traveled with my husband, 2 children (ages 2 and 9), sister and her family and cousins. The area is nice and quiet. We’re definitely planning to book this location again.

Beautiful Cabin!
