In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking, public parking on the road. Shop 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop "Le Gollet" 2.8 km, railway station "Saint Gervais- Le Fayet" 12.6 km, outdoor swimming pool 7.7 km, thermal baths "Thermes de Saint Gervais" 11.8 km. Tennis 7.7 km, minigolf 7.7 km, skisport facilities 1.5 km, ski bus stop 20 m, ice rink 8 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont Blanc. Please note: car recommended. Upper floor: 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 french bed (2 x 80 cm). Bath/WC. Balcony 12 m2, south-east facing position. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.

Location trĂšs agrĂ©able pour 4 personnes. Emplacement et vue superbes. Équipement correct mĂȘme si quelques sont dĂ©tails perfectibles. AccĂšs aux pistes facile avec les navettes de la station. Internet cher et limitĂ©. Literie moyenn, Bon sĂ©jour global.

Compleet appartement, zeer geschikt voor maximaal 5 personen. Goede bedden en in de woonkamer een slaapbank. Met de skibus enkele minuten van de belangrijkste skilift. Met de auto in een kwartier in Saint Gervais

Appartement spacieux agréable au calme

L'appartement est spacieux et bien équipé malgré l'absence d'un micro-ondes mais avec un lave-vaisselle. Il est confortable, agréable à vivre avec son grand balcon (pas au sud cependant) et ses belles chambres à l'étage. Un petit bureau pour télétravailler serait le bienvenu également. Il est un peu loin du centre de Saint Gervais mais proche du Bettex avec navette devant le chalet. Mais la compensation de cette situation est qu'il rÚgne un grand calme. Il m' a permis de passer un excellent séj.

Proche du Bettex, accessible en navette s'arrĂȘtant devant, l'appartement est spacieux, avec un grand balcon au soleil jusqu'en dĂ©but d'apres-midi, et bien Ă©quipĂ© (il manque juste un micro-ondes mais on se console avec le lave-vaisselle), un peu loin du centre ville de Saint Gervais mais il y rĂšgne un calme qui vaut bien cet Ă©loignement

belle vue sur le Mont Blanc on ne s'en lasse pas . Logement bien agencé, grand balcon et résidence calme. Petit Bémol un peu loin de tout mais c'est le prix de ce paysages merveilleux.

Vue magnifique

Communication et remise des clefs trĂšs faciles. Un appartement dotĂ© d’une vue magnifique sur les montagnes. Une remarque : il n’y a pas de four micro-ondes. Une Ă©ponge et un rouleau de papier toilette Ă  notre arrivĂ©e aurait Ă©tĂ© apprĂ©ciĂ©s. Sinon rien Ă  dire. 2 salles de bain avec chacune 1 WC, petit coin cuisine oĂč l’on peut cependant prendre ses repas, terrasse avec vue. TrĂšs bon sĂ©jour de 3 jours avec 2 adultes et 3 enfants.

Ingesamt sehr gute Unterkunft

Dieses Appartement liegt direkt bei dem Skigebiet Le Bettex. Es ist ruhig gelegen und hat eine wunderbare Aussicht auf den Montblanc. Wir waren zu zweit (Vater und Sohn) und dementsprechend war diese Wohnung groß genug. Das Mobiliar ist insgesamt in einem guten Zustand. KĂŒchenmöbel neu, Betten in Ordnung, das Sofa könnte erneuert werden. Der Balkon ist wunderschön uns insgesamt haben wir uns in diesem Apartment sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Es gab ausreichend ParkplĂ€tze.

Les points positifs : - localisation : Ă  proximitĂ© direct de l'arrĂȘt navette gratuite et rapide vers les pistes - Belle vue sur le mont blanc de la terrasse - au calme Les moins : - petit, nous Ă©tions 4 et on Ă©tait serrĂ©, pas possible de manger Ă  six sur la table - Wifi payant et avec trĂšs peu de dĂ©bit, surtout Ă  plusieurs - Cuisine trĂšs petite et lave vaisselle en panne

Séjour "programmé" à la derniÚre minute......

Comme cette annĂ©e les vacances Ă©taient extrĂȘmement courtes on a optĂ© pour cette solution.....Et on a bien fait. L'accueil Ă  l'agence Ă©tait trĂšs bien, quant Ă  l'arrivĂ©e dans notre petit home......Whouaaaaaaaa........et bien on a Ă©tĂ© enchantĂ©. Tout Ă©tait trĂšs trĂšs propre. Le seul petit dĂ©tail "rigolo"....la taille des lits pas en Ă©quation avec les couette proposĂ©es..........comme on Ă©tait en Ă©tĂ© ça allait.....mais en hivers ça serait bien d'ĂȘtre au courant. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement. Bruno et Anne-Marie et le fiston Arthur
