Enjoy a piece of paradise Unit 206 is a very spacious two bedroom/ two bathroom condo located on the second floor of Breakers East building. Relax on your private 30 ft balcony with spectacular beachfront views.

Master bedroom features king size bed (New Mattress Set Oct 2021); cable 32" TV & DVD Player; attached master bathroom with over sized walk in shower. Second bedroom features 2 queen size beds; cable 28" TV. Second bathroom has bathtub/shower combination with single vanity. Living room has 46" TV with cable & Blu-ray Disc Player.
Fully equipped kitchen (including small appliances... coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric can opener, spice rack, etc.) Full size washer/dryer in the condo. Linens/towels furnished. Complimentary WIFI

(March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) -(Monthly rates do not include beach setup)

Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.
100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.


No Pets Allowed
No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.

Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

Reviewer Comments: This was our family reunion and we have come to Breakers East every year since it was built, except for the year a hurricane insisted we stay home. This complex never disappoints! The folks at Your Assistant at the Beach, were wonderful! Responded to questions/concerns almost instantaneous, kind, courteous and great to deal with. Already reserved for next year. Have rented several different units and this one was definitely one of our favorites.

We reached out to rental agent and they supplied an air purifier but we later learned that it wouldn’t solve the ongoing issue. There is an ongoing plumbing issue in the complex that made our unit smell, well let’s just say like sewer..Pros:Right on beach and very private , nice viewsNice appliance and upgraded countertops, furnitureVery spaciousSecond floor one the endPlenty of parkingPickle ball and tennis courtsPool was not overly crowdedBeach chair provided (although we couldn’t get front row due to many residents having pre reserved chairs)ConsNot clean when we got there, sand and food on countertops Towels and rags in dryerLeak in master faucet (maintenance handled)Dryer quit working (handled by maintenance, knob broke, agent allowed us to use next door dryer which helped in a bind)Smell (were told several condos are having this issue, air purifier provided to help)One elevator was out the whole time we were thereUmbrellas were taken down the one day we tried to use chairs due to winds (I actually had to catch one umbrella from hitting my son off the front row)Overall it was a good experience. It had a great view and close access to the beach and pool!! Our stay was so great, we didn’t want to leave! So I contacted the owner to ask for one more day extension and they were so easy, kind, and accommodating to us!! The water was amazing, we saw so many dolphins as well! The instructions were clear. It’s also close to some stores if you needed anything! I would def recommend this place and would love to stay there again!!

The view from the balcony is beautiful and we spent a lot of time out there. We used the bbq pits a lot too. It is in a great location, close to shopping, restaurants, the Harbor Walk, miniature golf, etc. Management is top notch! Can’t say enough nice things about them. The only issue we had was with the elevators. Many times only one was working, but since we were on the second floor, it wasn’t a huge issue for us. We will definitely be back!

Just as described

This was our first time in about 17 years that we stayed in Destin vs Okaloosa Island, which we visit at least yearly. We loved being in the heart of Destin, close to everything we needed. The only down fall to location is the actual entrance to condo is very narrow and at an odd angle depending on where we were coming from. The condo itself was just as listed in description and photos. Plenty of room, very clean, and has everything you need. Master bedroom bed is less than desirable though. It’s like laying on a box springs with very little padding. My husband myself didn’t sleep well at all and had constant back pain. The guest room I had my 20 and 16 year olds in, they both said beds were okay. The shower takes forever to get hot water and the kitchen sink, I never did get hot water!! Living room furniture is not very comfortable either, but definitely had worse. Having the daily free beach service was awesome too. We reserved our chairs the first day and didn’t have to worry about it anymore from there. Each day they our chairs and umbrella just waiting on us. There is also a stand to buy icees if you like that. Loved the view from the balcony, full size washer/ dryer, space in condo and location. I would definitely return if the beds were more comfortable.
