Grosse déception!

J'avais déjà loué ce logement en 2019 et 2020 et j'ai été extrêmement déçu cette année. Le store du balcon est cassé et remplacé par un parasol minuscule! Le volet roulant ne ferme plus à la place il y a des rideaux occultants! La cuisine est minable le micro-ondes ridiculement petit, le très petit réfrigérateur a la porte du freezer cassé, il n'y a pas de hotte donc impossible de se servir de la plaque de cuisson sous peine d'être enfumé! les couteaux ne taillent pas etc... A rénover d'urgence

Parking extérieur trop étroit...Le store extérieur étant cassé on ne peut pas profiter de la terrasse au mois d' Août! Par contre l' emplacement, la vue, la terrasse et l' intérieur de l' appartement avec des wc séparés et une salle de bain moderne...parfait! Je reviendrai.

appartement vétuste

L'appartement manque de certains équipements basiques et est aménagé avec des meubles abîmés (table cassée, pansements sur la TV, les matelas sont effondrés). Le ménage n'est pas fait (chewing gum collé sur le lavabo, baignoire bouchée, frigo sale et poils d'animaux ...). L'entretien est insuffisant. Je déconseille de passer un séjour dans cette location.

mini micro onde robinet monter a l'envers de la cuisine superb dangereux salle de bain bonde casser store banne trop court le soleil passe menage negligé plaide de la banquette taché aucune épingle a linge la lumiere exterieur ne marche pas un local velo surcharger impossible de mettre les notre .

Agréable séjour dans une résidence calme et bien placée avec des commerces de proximité. Bravo au gardien pour la bonne tenue de cet immeuble.

Petit studio cabine des années 70 qui n'a jamais été rafraichi (sauf TV, frigidaire, micro-ondes, climatiseur et canapé-lit) et à la propreté aléatoire (odeurs de tabac assez fortes, traces de projections d'excréments dans les toilettes et jusque sur le retour de la porte d'accès).

Propreté très moyenne, il ne faut pas regarder de près... sous les lits de l'entrée par ex.. (qui n'est pas 1 chambre !!!!) , une commode très sale extérieurement..., Pour 3 jours , il ne faut pas être exigeants !!!! Nettoyage à régler avant d'entrer dans les lieux, où il n'y a pas d'état des lieux ????
