The condo is beautiful, the neighbors are welcoming, the pool is warm and clean daily! Robbie was easy to reach if necessary. The beach is a stones throw away and gorgeous.
Ideally located steps away from the beautiful beach, close to grocery store, many restaurants, golf, museums and nature preserves. This well appointed, clean townhouse has everything needed for your home away from home. Situated in a small, quiet condo community with friendly neighbors and a heated pool. Owner was prompt with all communications prior to , during and after our 2 month stay and accommodated our requests as we were working remotely during our stay.

Thankyou both so much for being such awesome visitors. We loved having you both and are looking forward to having you again next year. Thankyou as well for leaving out home so clean. Take care.
My wife and I rented this charming townhouse for a month. It has 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor, with a sofa-bed in a loft located up a staircase from the living room, which can be used as a 3rd bedroom, along with 3 full baths. I was pleasantly surprised to get immediate responses from the owner Robbie every time I messaged him with questions. And the pleasant surprises continued upon stepping through the door. We were greeted by a delicious fruit basket in the kitchen -- which we dug into almost immediately -- soft music, and a bright, pleasant atmosphere. We liked how updated (recently renovated) and well-kept it was. And we LOVED the decor, which was just our style: colorful blues and greens, tropical sea turtles, and the like. If this were our home, we'd furnish it the exact same way. The apartment was immaculate and perfectly clean. The condition and decor made us smile. While we were there, I saw a few other apartments, many of which were fairly old and outdated, not like this one. There was a desk, which was great to spread out my work on, and we loved the sofa with recliners in it -- my wife's favorite spot (with her feet up) when she wasn't at the sandy beach (not rocky), which by the way is just up the driveway. And to top it off, when we were ready to leave, Robbie had left us a note saying that we could leave later in the day if we needed to. I'd recommend this vacation home to anyone. P.S. My wife says that it was lovely, and that Robbie was a really nice guy.

Thank you for such a positive review. We do try our hardest and best to make sure that your vacation stay is top notch and spending the extra time and making the extra effort is what its all about. You and your wife were super awesome to have as guests, left our home in immaculate condition and even washed the bedding and towels before leaving. Thank you. It is appreciated.
My husband and I stayed in this wonderful condo for almost two months. It was even nicer in person than online. It was so well-appointed with beautiful decor, tons of closet storage and had everything we needed in terms of kitchen utensils. The owner even put a television in the master bedroom at our request. We loved the location and being so close to the beach.
