First floor has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, plus a bonus bedroom and inside laundry! First floor living focuses on pool & water views from 2 sets of French doors and the big kitchen window! Kitchen features of wood cabinets, granite counters and a pass-through bar to the covered lanai! The breakfast bar w/wine rack above opens to the dining room with French doors to the patio and pool!

Spring Training Trip

Very spacious house. There was only 4 of us but plenty of room and amenities for 5 couples. Outside was a bit rundown but inside was great. Ping pong table in garage was a nice bonus. Surrounding area is also nice for morning runs.

Week away

Great communication with owner/agent. Size of home was great and provided everyone their own space. Lots of minor cosmetic issues with the house. Ran out of LP after meals, we had to go exchange and then get reimbursed. We also ended up paying for Tupperware containers as there were none… a new battery for the bedroom light upstairs, toilet paper, garbage bags and laundry detergent. The house supplied some of those but not enough for the week and when I asked they said that is on the guest to purchase.

It's a wreck

Beautiful location but this house is a wreck. The floorplan is just bizarre with bedrooms located up and down steps behind the garage and upstairs with some kind of weird lofts and master closet in a remote section of the attic. Light switches are so confusing the property manager has tell you that the switch you need is probably not on same floor as the light or fan you want to control. The microwave above the stove is ready to fall down and doesn't work so instead of replacing it they just put another one on the counter. The refrigerator water and ice dispenser don't work, there is no heat in the pool so it's unusable and none of the master bedroom windows will stay open, they just fall closed when you let go to them.

Old Girls Weekend

This was the perfect spot for four senior ladies to stay. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. Three slept on the main floor and I chose to climb the spiral staircase to the master bedroom with the balcony. Good exercise. We had plenty of hot water!!! And the home was very clean. It was so relaxing and quiet with a peaceful view from the patio under the lanai. The kitchen is fully supplied and the utensils are easily accessible. We had a very comfortable stay despite the rainy/stormy weekend. We would love to come again for our time together.
