OUESSANT - Appartement moderne et confortable

We propose to you to rent, on the commune of Rennes, near the centre town, this new flat, luminous and air-conditioned with wifi (optical fibre), of a surface of 29 m ² and being able to accomodate to 2 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 15 m², a fitted kitchen, a sleeping area and a bathroom (with Italian shower and rainshower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be prepared on your arrival.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 15 m² living room with TV
- A kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
